Comparison
Which door type suits you?
All four groups are made in the same factory to the same material standard — what sets them apart is how they're used. A door opening onto a single household and an apartment entrance opening hundreds of times a day aren't asked to do the same job. The table below shows which group fits your entrance.
| Door type | Where it's used | What sets it apart | Things to note |
|---|---|---|---|
| Villa steel door15 model | Detached houses, villas and garden-home entrances — the door faces the outdoors directly. | Design and insulation come first. Facade-matched finish, 3-side frame / 4-side leaf gaskets, optional 316 stainless hardware. | The facade's orientation and rain exposure change the right finish choice. |
| Building entrance door6 model | Apartment and residential complex entrances — opened and closed hundreds of times a day. | Built for heavy use: reinforced profile, 304 stainless kickplate, a push-to-close system that shuts the door on its own. | Since it's a shared-space decision, size and model approval should be agreed with management. |
| Pivot steel door24 model | Wide, tall entrances — leaves too large for a hinge to carry. | Weight is transferred to floor and ceiling bearings, not hinges. No hinges or fixed pins. | Since the leaf swings both ways, clearance is needed front and back, plus floor preparation. |
| Flat entrance door7 model | Apartment interior entrances — one face looks onto the corridor, the other into the home. | Sound and heat insulation come first. The two faces can be made in independent colors and finishes. | Matching the existing doors along the floor's corridor matters in most buildings. |

What determines the price of a steel door?
We don't publish prices on the site, because we don't sell off-the-shelf sizes — every door is made for the opening it's measured for. Knowing what a price quote is built from lets you compare quotes line by line. Six line items determine the total:
The size of the door opening
Width, height and wall thickness. Non-standard sizes mean more sheet metal and labor; as the size grows, hinge and lock choices change too.
Type of finish
There's a marked difference between static paint, water-marble, ireko wood, solid wood and compact composite. On a street-facing door, finish is the most decisive line item because it directly affects lifespan.
Lock system
Hooked, monoblock and central systems are priced differently within Mottura and Mul-T-Lock. Adding card or keypad access is a separate line item.
Glass and wrought iron
Glazed models use Şişecam 5+5 mm laminated glass; the size of the glass panel and the density of the wrought-iron work change the total.
Hardware quality
304 stainless is standard. In salty air, like near the coast, we recommend 316 Häfele stainless — it costs more, but it's the only right choice in that climate.
Installation conditions
Removing the old door, the floor level, elevator access, and whether the wall is reinforced concrete or brick all determine installation time. That's why we check it during the site survey.
None of these items can be pinned down before a site survey, so treat exact figures quoted over the phone with caution. After the free survey, we provide a written, itemized quote.

Frequently asked
Common Questions
How much does a steel door cost?
We don't publish prices on the site, because we don't sell off-the-shelf sizes. Since every door is made to the measurements taken on site, the price depends on the size of the opening, the finish, glass and lock system you choose. You get an exact price after the free site survey.
Is the site survey paid, and does it commit me to anything?
The site survey is free and doesn't commit you to buying anything. Our team comes to your address, measures the width, height and wall thickness of the door opening, checks the installation conditions on site, and prepares a quote accordingly.
Can I order online through the site?
No. There's no cart, credit card or online payment on the site. You send us the code of the model you like through the pre-order form or by phone, and the process starts with a site survey.
How long is the warranty?
Our warranty against manufacturing and workmanship defects is unlimited. An official 2-year warranty document is provided on delivery. Warranty on components like the lock and hinges varies by manufacturer — the lock system can carry up to 25 years.
How long does delivery take?
Doors aren't sold from stock — they're made to order. The timeline depends on the model, size and finish chosen; you get an exact date at the site survey.
What are the doors' technical specifications?
Every model has an Ereğli A1-grade 2 mm cold-rolled steel frame, an omega-folded monoblock-tray leaf at a total thickness of 90 mm. The core is filled with 80 kg/m³ stone wool, the lock is Italian Mottura or Mul-T-Lock, and glazed models use Şişecam 5+5 mm laminated glass.
What's the difference between a villa door and a building entrance door?
A villa door is made for a single household, where design and insulation come first. A building entrance door is made for shared use: it has a stronger profile, a 304-grade stainless kickplate, and a push-to-close system that shuts the door automatically.
When should you choose a pivot door?
On a pivot door, the leaf's weight is carried by floor and ceiling bearings instead of hinges. This makes it possible to build leaves wider and taller than a standard hinge could support. Since the leaf swings both inward and outward, clearance is needed in front of the entrance.
Is the door made to the exact measurements of my existing opening?
Yes — every door is made to the measurements taken on site. We don't sell standard off-the-shelf sizes; the opening left after the old door is removed is what we build to.
Can I visit your factory?
Yes. Production takes place at our own factory in Gaziosmanpaşa, Istanbul, and you're welcome to come see the process in person any time.
If your question isn't listed here, call +90 532 689 21 46 and we'll be happy to help.
