The paneled red walnut villa door, code BD-TR03, is built as a red walnut paneled villa door with narrow vertical sidelights on both sides. There is no standard size — the door opening is measured during the site survey and the door is built to that measurement. The image shows the red walnut finish.

Product code: BD-TR03

Surface and Glazing

It is produced as a single leaf with two sidelights. The surface work is paneling, applied in red walnut.

The model carries a narrow vertical sidelight on each side. The handle is a classic black pull. The finish shown is the catalog choice — a different cladding can be selected from the cladding options.

The design language is classic villa.

Suitable Entrances

Residence apartments and houses with gardens are this model's typical settings. Thanks to the side sections, wide door openings are closed with a single unit. The difference between these two door types isn't just size; we go into detail on the villa door vs. building entrance door page.

Production and Installation Process

We take the measurements during the site survey — based on the door opening, not the existing leaf; the method is explained on the how measurements are taken page. You'll find this model's frame, leaf, and lock specifications in the table below; the lock systems and galvanized or DKP sheet steel pages cover the options in detail. After installation, the care and lifespan guidance and warranty and service terms apply.

Frequently Asked Questions

How much is BD-TR03?

We don't publish list prices, because every door is made to measure. The total is determined by the size of the door opening and the cladding, glass, and lock you choose. After the free site survey we send a written quote, itemized line by line; we explain what moves the price on the steel door prices page.

Can I have this model in a color other than red walnut?

Yes, the color isn't fixed. It appears in red walnut in the catalog, but the cladding is decided per project; on the cladding options page we've written up which surface works best where.

Can the glass pattern be different?

Yes. The glass shown is this model's catalog finish; it can be produced in a different color and pattern, provided Şişecam 5+5 mm laminated glass is used. The door can also be made without glass.

How is BD-TR03 measured?

Measuring is our job. We measure the clear width of the door opening, the height from the finished floor, and the wall thickness; the details are on the how measurements are taken page.

Frequently Asked Questions

What is the lead time for a custom villa door?

Production takes 20-25 days from the day the specification is approved. Custom detailing — carved cladding, oversized leaves, special glass — can extend that, and we confirm the date in writing before starting. Ocean freight time to the destination port is added on top.

How are steel doors packaged for sea freight export?

Each door is crated in a wooden case built to its own dimensions, with edge protection and corner blocks, then strapped to prevent movement inside the container. Full container loading is used for project quantities; single doors and small orders ship as groupage cargo.

What measurements do you need to quote?

The width, height and wall thickness of the rough opening, in millimetres or in inches — whichever your drawings use. Photographs of the opening from inside and outside help us confirm the swing direction and the frame detail. No site visit is needed.

Can you manufacture to imperial (inch) dimensions?

Yes. An opening given as 36 x 80 inches is manufactured to that dimension directly. Nothing is converted to a nearest metric size and rounded, so the door arrives at the size your drawing specifies.

Who installs the door at the destination?

Your own contractor. Every shipment includes an installation drawing and the frame fixing set, and the frame is designed to be set into the opening without special tooling.

What export documents travel with the shipment?

Commercial invoice, packing list and certificate of origin, plus whatever else the customs broker at the destination requires. Documentation is prepared before the container leaves the factory.
