A door opening onto a single household and an apartment entrance opening hundreds of times a day aren't asked to do the same job. The table below shows which group fits your entrance.

Transparency
What determines the price of a steel door?
We don't publish prices on the site, because we don't sell off-the-shelf sizes — every door is made for the opening it's measured for. Knowing what a price quote is built from lets you compare quotes line by line. Six line items determine the total:
The size of the door opening
Width, height and wall thickness. Non-standard sizes mean more sheet metal and labor; as the size grows, hinge and lock choices change too.
Type of finish
There's a marked difference between static paint, water-marble, ireko wood, solid wood and compact composite. On a street-facing door, finish is the most decisive line item because it directly affects lifespan.
Lock system
Hooked, monoblock and central systems are priced differently within Mottura and Mul-T-Lock. Adding card or keypad access is a separate line item.
Glass and wrought iron
Glazed models use Şişecam 5+5 mm laminated glass; the size of the glass panel and the density of the wrought-iron work change the total.
Hardware quality
304 stainless is standard. In salty air, like near the coast, we recommend 316 Häfele stainless — it costs more, but it's the only right choice in that climate.
Installation conditions
Removing the old door, the floor level, elevator access, and whether the wall is reinforced concrete or brick all determine installation time. That's why we check it during the site survey.

Common Questions
How do I order without a site survey?
You send the opening sizes and photographs, in millimetres or in inches — whichever your drawings use. We prepare the specification from those, confirm it back to you in writing, and only start cutting once you approve it. No one needs to visit the site.
Do you ship worldwide, and how is the door packed?
Yes. Every door is crated in a wooden case built to its own dimensions, with edge protection, for ocean or air freight. Full container loading is used for developments; groupage for single doors and small orders.
Can you work in inches and feet?
Yes. Openings given in inches are manufactured to that dimension directly — a 36 x 80 inch rough opening arrives as a 36 x 80 inch door. Nothing is converted and rounded on site.
What export documents do you provide?
Commercial invoice, packing list and certificate of origin travel with every shipment, along with whatever else your customs broker asks for at the destination. Documentation is prepared before the container leaves.
Is there a minimum order quantity?
Single doors are shipped as groupage cargo and project quantities go by container. Tell us how many doors and which destination port, and we will tell you which option is economical for that shipment.
Who installs the door at the destination?
Doors are shipped with an installation drawing and the frame fixing set, and your own contractor fits them. The frame is designed to be set into the opening without special tooling.
Are you the manufacturer or a trading company?
We are the manufacturer. Production takes place in our own factory in Istanbul — cutting, forming, welding, surface finishing and assembly all happen in the same building, with no trading house in between.
What is built into every door?
An Ereğli A1-grade 2 mm cold-rolled steel frame, an omega-folded monoblock-tray leaf 90 mm thick in total, an 80 kg/m³ rock wool core, and an Italian Mottura or Mul-T-Lock locking system. Glazed models use Şişecam 5+5 mm laminated glass.
