Product Code: TR501

Surface and Glass Sections

Produced as a double leaf. The surface treatment is symmetric baroque scrollwork. The surface is finished in walnut wood.

The glass section consists of two large vertical panes with white wrought iron scroll motifs on a navy blue ground. It is completed with a curved S-shaped stainless steel handle. The finish pictured is the catalog selection — a different finish can be chosen from the surface finish options.

The design language is defined as classic wrought iron.

Where Is It Used?

It is most often used in mass housing and housing complex block projects. Since the side sections extend the opening, it suits wide-fronted entrances better than narrow ones; it also brings daylight into the hall. The difference between these two types isn't just size; we've detailed it on the difference between a villa door and a building entrance door page.

Production and Installation Process

Production begins with measurements taken on site. How the door opening is measured is covered on the how measurements are taken page; material choices on the galvanized or DKP sheet steel and lock systems pages. This model's technical specifications are in the table below. After delivery, our warranty and service coverage applies; see the care and lifespan page for keeping the surface in good condition.

Frequently Asked Questions

How is the price of the TR501 determined?

There is no fixed price — since every leaf is made to measure, the amount varies with size, finish and lock choice. After the survey we send a written, itemized quote. The line items are detailed on the steel door prices page.

Can the TR501 be produced in a different color?

Yes. The walnut wood finish pictured is this model's catalog selection; it can be produced in other colors with compact laminate, composite, marine plywood and wood veneer options. We've compared the options on the surface finish options page.

Can the glass pattern be different?

Yes. The glass pictured is this model's catalog finish; provided Şişecam 5+5 mm laminated glass is used, it can be produced in different colors and patterns. A glassless version is also possible.

Do I need to take the measurements myself?

Measuring is our job. We record the clear width of the opening, the height from the finished floor and the wall thickness; details are on the how measurements are taken page.

Frequently Asked Questions

What is the lead time for a custom villa door?

Production takes 20-25 days from the day the specification is approved. Custom detailing — carved cladding, oversized leaves, special glass — can extend that, and we confirm the date in writing before starting. Ocean freight time to the destination port is added on top.

How are steel doors packaged for sea freight export?

Each door is crated in a wooden case built to its own dimensions, with edge protection and corner blocks, then strapped to prevent movement inside the container. Full container loading is used for project quantities; single doors and small orders ship as groupage cargo.

What measurements do you need to quote?

The width, height and wall thickness of the rough opening, in millimetres or in inches — whichever your drawings use. Photographs of the opening from inside and outside help us confirm the swing direction and the frame detail. No site visit is needed.

Can you manufacture to imperial (inch) dimensions?

Yes. An opening given as 36 x 80 inches is manufactured to that dimension directly. Nothing is converted to a nearest metric size and rounded, so the door arrives at the size your drawing specifies.

Who installs the door at the destination?

Your own contractor. Every shipment includes an installation drawing and the frame fixing set, and the frame is designed to be set into the opening without special tooling.

What export documents travel with the shipment?

Commercial invoice, packing list and certificate of origin, plus whatever else the customs broker at the destination requires. Documentation is prepared before the container leaves the factory.
