Worldwide shipping and export
Global Service Areas & Worldwide Shipping
We are a steel door manufacturer, not a reseller. Every door leaves our own factory built to the opening it was measured for, and we crate and ship it to the destination port or project site.
A door built for a Gulf coastline and a door built for a northern European winter are not the same door. The sections below set out what each market changes in the specification — the measurement system, the surface treatment, the sealing detail and the way the shipment is packed.
United States and Canada
North America
- Openings are taken in inches and feet and manufactured to that dimension directly — nothing is converted on site, so a 36" × 80" rough opening arrives as a 36" × 80" door.
- Multi-point locking with Italian Mottura or Mul-T-Lock cylinders, specified alongside the deadbolt hardware a North American builder expects.
- Heavy frame sections for wide architectural openings: pivot leaves and oversized entrances are built with reinforced Ereğli A1 grade steel rather than scaled-up standard sections.
- Swing direction, sidelight and transom layout are drawn per project before cutting; the door is made once, for that opening.
European Union countries and the United Kingdom
Europe & United Kingdom
- Thermal performance is where European projects are judged: an 80 kg/m³ rock wool core in a 90 mm leaf, with a three-gasket seal line around the frame.
- Rock wool is non-combustible, which matters in buildings governed by fire regulation rather than only by security requirements.
- Wet and cold climates are handled at the surface: powder coating over the steel and, on clad models, 90-micron polyurethane filler under Akzo Nobel lacquer.
- Hardware, cylinder standard and opening direction are agreed per project so the door matches the specification the architect already wrote.
Manufactured to European & International Quality Standards
United Arab Emirates, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Kuwait, Bahrain and Oman
Middle East & Gulf
- Coastal Gulf air is the most corrosive condition a steel door meets anywhere. Surfaces are prepared and powder coated for that exposure, not for a temperate climate.
- Ultraviolet load is continuous: pigment and lacquer are specified to hold colour rather than chalk out after two summers.
- Fine sand is a sealing problem before it is a cleaning problem. The gasket line and threshold detail are closed against dust ingress.
- Surface temperature swing across a single day is planned for in the leaf construction, so the door does not bind in the frame at midday.
Every destination reachable by sea or air freight
Worldwide Shipping & Project Logistics
- Each door is crated in a custom wooden case built to its own dimensions, edge-protected, for ocean and air freight.
- Container loading is planned by project volume: full container for a development, groupage for a single villa or a small order.
- Export documentation — invoice, packing list, certificate of origin and the papers your customs broker asks for — is prepared with the shipment.
- OEM and B2B project support: production under your own specification, with drawings approved before the first cut.
Custom Manufacturing for Overseas Projects
Villa developments, apartment blocks and B2B construction projects are quoted from drawings. Send the opening schedule with sizes in millimetres or inches, tell us the destination port, and we will come back with a specification, a crating plan and an export price.
