An arched red walnut paneled leaf set into a stone-arched niche — that is what sets the villa steel door BD-TR106 apart. It is made to measure; whatever the width and height of your entrance, the leaf is built to match. The finish in the photo is red walnut cladding.

Product code: BD-TR106

Leaf and Upper Section

The model is configured as an arched single leaf. The face carries arched paneling with carved details, applied in red walnut.

The upper section features a stone-arched niche. The hardware is a silver knocker and handle. Color, pattern, and handle can all be changed to suit your project; the cladding options page compares what's available.

The design language is classic villa.

Suitable Entrances

It is chosen primarily for residence apartments and houses with gardens. Its single-leaf design fits entrances of standard width. The difference between these two door types isn't just size; we go into detail on the villa door vs. building entrance door page.

Production and Installation Process

Measurements are taken from the door opening, not the existing leaf; we've written up the process step by step on the how measurements are taken page. Frame, sheet thickness, infill, and lock specifications are listed in the table below. The choice of sheet steel is compared on the galvanized or DKP sheet steel page and the lock alternatives on the lock systems page. After installation, the care and lifespan guidance and warranty and service terms apply.

Frequently Asked Questions

How much does the BD-TR106 model cost?

We don't publish list prices, because every door is made to measure. The total is determined by the size of the door opening and the cladding, glass, and lock you choose. After the free site survey we send a written quote, itemized line by line; we explain what moves the price on the steel door prices page.

Can the color of the BD-TR106 door be changed?

It can be done. Red walnut is simply the finish in the photo, not a fixed choice — you can pick from the alternatives on the cladding options page.

How is BD-TR106 measured?

We take the measurements during the site survey; nothing is needed from you. Measurements come from the door opening, not the existing leaf — we explain the method on the how measurements are taken page.

Frequently Asked Questions

What is the lead time for a custom villa door?

Production takes 20-25 days from the day the specification is approved. Custom detailing — carved cladding, oversized leaves, special glass — can extend that, and we confirm the date in writing before starting. Ocean freight time to the destination port is added on top.

How are steel doors packaged for sea freight export?

Each door is crated in a wooden case built to its own dimensions, with edge protection and corner blocks, then strapped to prevent movement inside the container. Full container loading is used for project quantities; single doors and small orders ship as groupage cargo.

What measurements do you need to quote?

The width, height and wall thickness of the rough opening, in millimetres or in inches — whichever your drawings use. Photographs of the opening from inside and outside help us confirm the swing direction and the frame detail. No site visit is needed.

Can you manufacture to imperial (inch) dimensions?

Yes. An opening given as 36 x 80 inches is manufactured to that dimension directly. Nothing is converted to a nearest metric size and rounded, so the door arrives at the size your drawing specifies.

Who installs the door at the destination?

Your own contractor. Every shipment includes an installation drawing and the frame fixing set, and the frame is designed to be set into the opening without special tooling.

What export documents travel with the shipment?

Commercial invoice, packing list and certificate of origin, plus whatever else the customs broker at the destination requires. Documentation is prepared before the container leaves the factory.
