This villa steel door model carries the code BD-TR19: arched leaded stained glass on a dark walnut body with floral-motif side windows. Like every door we make, this model is produced to measure; no leaf is supplied from stock.

Product Code: BD-TR19

Leaf and Glass Layout

The door is structured as a single leaf with twin side glass panels. The leaf displays floral-motif stained glass. The finish is a dark walnut tone.

The glass section is arched leaded stained glass. It is completed with a classic lever handle. Cladding and hardware are not fixed; the door can be produced with any of the alternatives on the cladding options page.

The design language is classic villa.

Which Entrances Does It Suit?

It is chosen primarily for garden homes and residence apartments. It was conceived for wide openings: the side sections both span the width and bring light to the entrance. We compare where a villa door and a building entrance door part ways on the villa door vs. building entrance door page.

From Measurement to Installation

Production begins with measurements taken on site. How the door opening is measured is covered on the how doors are measured page; material choices are on the galvanized or DKP sheet steel and lock systems pages. This model's technical specifications are in the table below. After delivery, warranty and service coverage applies; see the care and lifespan page for protecting the surface.

Frequently Asked Questions

How is the price of BD-TR19 determined?

We cannot quote a price before taking measurements. The size of the door opening and your choice of cladding, glass, and lock directly affect the total; the site survey is free, and an itemized quote follows. See steel door prices for details.

Can BD-TR19 be produced in a different color?

Yes. The dark walnut finish in the photo is this model's catalog choice; with compact laminate, composite, marine plywood, and wood veneer options it can be produced in other colors. We compare the options on the cladding options page.

Can the glass in BD-TR19 be changed?

Yes. The glass shown is this model's catalog finish; provided Şişecam 5+5 mm laminated glass is used, it can be produced in different colors and patterns. A glass-free version is also possible.

Do I need to take the measurements myself?

We take the measurements during the site survey; nothing is required on your part. Measurements are taken from the door opening, not the existing leaf — we explain the method on the how doors are measured page.

How can I order model BD-TR19?

Frequently Asked Questions

What is the lead time for a custom villa door?

Production takes 20-25 days from the day the specification is approved. Custom detailing — carved cladding, oversized leaves, special glass — can extend that, and we confirm the date in writing before starting. Ocean freight time to the destination port is added on top.

How are steel doors packaged for sea freight export?

Each door is crated in a wooden case built to its own dimensions, with edge protection and corner blocks, then strapped to prevent movement inside the container. Full container loading is used for project quantities; single doors and small orders ship as groupage cargo.

What measurements do you need to quote?

The width, height and wall thickness of the rough opening, in millimetres or in inches — whichever your drawings use. Photographs of the opening from inside and outside help us confirm the swing direction and the frame detail. No site visit is needed.

Can you manufacture to imperial (inch) dimensions?

Yes. An opening given as 36 x 80 inches is manufactured to that dimension directly. Nothing is converted to a nearest metric size and rounded, so the door arrives at the size your drawing specifies.

Who installs the door at the destination?

Your own contractor. Every shipment includes an installation drawing and the frame fixing set, and the frame is designed to be set into the opening without special tooling.

What export documents travel with the shipment?

Commercial invoice, packing list and certificate of origin, plus whatever else the customs broker at the destination requires. Documentation is prepared before the container leaves the factory.
