The large panel red walnut villa door, code BD-TR133, combines a large red walnut panel, a narrow wrought iron glazed section and an upper transom window. It is made to measure; whatever the width and height of your entrance, the leaf is built to match. The finish in the photo is red walnut cladding.

Product Code: BD-TR133

Glass, Upper Section and Surface

The model is configured as a single leaf with a narrow fixed leaf and a transom window. The surface carries a large panel. The colour applied is red walnut.

The model features a narrow glazed section with wrought iron detailing. The upper section holds a glazed transom window. A long vertical stainless steel handle was chosen for this model. Colour, pattern and handle choices can be adapted to your project; the options are compared on the cladding options page.

The design language is best described as classic villa.

Suitable Entrances

It is the first choice for detached houses and homes with gardens. Because the side sections widen the opening, it suits wide-fronted entrances rather than narrow ones; it also brings daylight into the hall. The difference between these two types is not just size; we go into detail on the villa door vs building entrance door page.

Production and Installation

Production starts with measurements taken on site. The how to measure page explains how the opening is measured; material choices are covered on the galvanized or DKP sheet steel and lock systems pages. The technical specifications for this model are listed in the table below. The care steps that extend the door's service life are on the care and lifespan page, and coverage details are on the warranty and service page.

Frequently Asked Questions

How is the price of BD-TR133 determined?

We do not publish a list price, because every door is made to measure. The final amount depends on the size of the opening and the cladding, glass and lock you choose. After a free on-site survey we provide a written, itemized quote; the steel door prices page explains what drives the price.

Can the colour of BD-TR133 be changed?

Yes — the colour is not fixed. The catalogue shows red walnut, but the cladding is decided per project; on the cladding options page we explain which surface works best where.

Can the glass pattern be different?

Yes. The glass shown is this model's catalogue finish; it can be produced in a different colour or pattern, provided Şişecam 5+5 mm laminated glass is used. It can also be produced without glass.

Do I need to take the measurements myself?

Measuring is our job. We measure the clear width of the opening, the height from the finished floor and the wall thickness; the details are on the how to measure page.

Frequently Asked Questions

What is the lead time for a custom villa door?

Production takes 20-25 days from the day the specification is approved. Custom detailing — carved cladding, oversized leaves, special glass — can extend that, and we confirm the date in writing before starting. Ocean freight time to the destination port is added on top.

How are steel doors packaged for sea freight export?

Each door is crated in a wooden case built to its own dimensions, with edge protection and corner blocks, then strapped to prevent movement inside the container. Full container loading is used for project quantities; single doors and small orders ship as groupage cargo.

What measurements do you need to quote?

The width, height and wall thickness of the rough opening, in millimetres or in inches — whichever your drawings use. Photographs of the opening from inside and outside help us confirm the swing direction and the frame detail. No site visit is needed.

Can you manufacture to imperial (inch) dimensions?

Yes. An opening given as 36 x 80 inches is manufactured to that dimension directly. Nothing is converted to a nearest metric size and rounded, so the door arrives at the size your drawing specifies.

Who installs the door at the destination?

Your own contractor. Every shipment includes an installation drawing and the frame fixing set, and the frame is designed to be set into the opening without special tooling.

What export documents travel with the shipment?

Commercial invoice, packing list and certificate of origin, plus whatever else the customs broker at the destination requires. Documentation is prepared before the container leaves the factory.
