The glazing is arranged as an oval stained glass medallion with patterned sidelights. The handle is a classic lever. The finish shown is the catalog choice — a different cladding can be selected from the cladding options.

The design language is classic villa.

Who Is This Model For?

It is chosen primarily for villa entrances and residence apartments. It is designed for wide openings: the side sections both make up the measurement and light the entrance. We compare where a villa door and a building entrance door part ways on the villa door vs. building entrance door page.

Measurement, Production, and Installation

Production starts with measurements taken on site. How the door opening is measured is explained on the how measurements are taken page; material choices are covered on the galvanized or DKP sheet steel and lock systems pages. This model's technical specifications are in the table below. After installation, the care and lifespan guidance and warranty and service terms apply.

Frequently Asked Questions

How much is BD-TR13?

There is no fixed price — since every leaf is made to measure, the total depends on the dimensions, the cladding, and the lock you choose. After the survey we send a written, itemized quote. We break down the line items on the steel door prices page.

Can the color of the BD-TR13 door be changed?

Yes, the color isn't fixed. It appears in honey walnut in the catalog, but the cladding is decided per project; on the cladding options page we've written up which surface works best where.

Can the glass on the BD-TR13 model be changed?

Yes. The glass shown is this model's catalog finish; it can be produced in a different color and pattern, provided Şişecam 5+5 mm laminated glass is used. The door can also be made without glass.

Do I need to take the measurements myself?

Our survey team measures on site. Still, if you'd like to know the process, the how measurements are taken page explains the three points we measure from.

How do I order the BD-TR13 model?

Frequently Asked Questions

What is the lead time for a custom villa door?

Production takes 20-25 days from the day the specification is approved. Custom detailing — carved cladding, oversized leaves, special glass — can extend that, and we confirm the date in writing before starting. Ocean freight time to the destination port is added on top.

How are steel doors packaged for sea freight export?

Each door is crated in a wooden case built to its own dimensions, with edge protection and corner blocks, then strapped to prevent movement inside the container. Full container loading is used for project quantities; single doors and small orders ship as groupage cargo.

What measurements do you need to quote?

The width, height and wall thickness of the rough opening, in millimetres or in inches — whichever your drawings use. Photographs of the opening from inside and outside help us confirm the swing direction and the frame detail. No site visit is needed.

Can you manufacture to imperial (inch) dimensions?

Yes. An opening given as 36 x 80 inches is manufactured to that dimension directly. Nothing is converted to a nearest metric size and rounded, so the door arrives at the size your drawing specifies.

Who installs the door at the destination?

Your own contractor. Every shipment includes an installation drawing and the frame fixing set, and the frame is designed to be set into the opening without special tooling.

What export documents travel with the shipment?

Commercial invoice, packing list and certificate of origin, plus whatever else the customs broker at the destination requires. Documentation is prepared before the container leaves the factory.
