The paneled white villa door, code BD-TR126, is built as a white body with vertical windows of white wrought iron work over a black ground. It is made to measure; whatever the width and height of your entrance, the leaf is produced to suit. The image shows the white finish.
Product Code: BD-TR126
Leaf and Glass Layout
It is produced as a single leaf with a side window. The surface detailing consists of panels. The color applied is white.
The glazing is resolved as black windows with white wrought iron work. A silver pull was chosen for this model. The finish in the image is the catalogue selection — a different cladding can be chosen from the cladding options.
The design language is defined as classic villa.
Where Is It Used?
It is chosen primarily for residence apartments and villa entrances. Thanks to the side sections, wide door openings are closed with a single assembly. The difference between these two door types is not just size; we cover it in detail on the villa door vs. building entrance door page.
Production and Installation Process
Measurements are taken from the door opening, not the existing leaf; we explain the process step by step on the how measurements are taken page. Frame, sheet thickness, infill and lock values are listed in the specification table below. Sheet steel choices are compared on the galvanized or DKP sheet steel page and lock alternatives on the lock systems page. After delivery, warranty and service coverage takes effect; see the care and lifespan page for protecting the surface.
Frequently Asked Questions
How much does the BD-TR126 model cost?
We do not publish list prices, because every door is made to measure. The cost is determined by the size of the door opening and the cladding, glass and lock you choose. After a free site survey we provide a written, itemized quote; we explain what drives the price on the steel door prices page.
Can the color of the BD-TR126 be changed?
Yes, the color is not fixed. The catalogue shows white, but the cladding is decided per project; on the cladding options page we describe which surface works best where.
Can the glass pattern be different?
Yes. The glass in the image is this model's catalogue finish; it can be produced in different colors and patterns, provided Şişecam 5+5 mm laminated glass is used. The door can also be made without glass.
How does the measuring stage work when ordering the BD-TR126?
Our survey team measures on site. If you would still like to know the process, the how measurements are taken page explains the three points we measure from.

Frequently Asked Questions
What is the lead time for a custom villa door?
Production takes 20-25 days from the day the specification is approved. Custom detailing — carved cladding, oversized leaves, special glass — can extend that, and we confirm the date in writing before starting. Ocean freight time to the destination port is added on top.
How are steel doors packaged for sea freight export?
Each door is crated in a wooden case built to its own dimensions, with edge protection and corner blocks, then strapped to prevent movement inside the container. Full container loading is used for project quantities; single doors and small orders ship as groupage cargo.
What measurements do you need to quote?
The width, height and wall thickness of the rough opening, in millimetres or in inches — whichever your drawings use. Photographs of the opening from inside and outside help us confirm the swing direction and the frame detail. No site visit is needed.
Can you manufacture to imperial (inch) dimensions?
Yes. An opening given as 36 x 80 inches is manufactured to that dimension directly. Nothing is converted to a nearest metric size and rounded, so the door arrives at the size your drawing specifies.
Who installs the door at the destination?
Your own contractor. Every shipment includes an installation drawing and the frame fixing set, and the frame is designed to be set into the opening without special tooling.
What export documents travel with the shipment?
Commercial invoice, packing list and certificate of origin, plus whatever else the customs broker at the destination requires. Documentation is prepared before the container leaves the factory.
