This villa steel door carries the code BD-TR121: a silver-framed panel on a dark walnut body, flanked by wrought iron side windows. It is not sold in ready-made sizes; we measure your entrance on site and build the leaf to that measurement.

Product Code: BD-TR121

Leaf, Glass, and Fanlight

The leaf structure is single leaf with double side windows. The leaf features a silver-framed panel. The finish is dark walnut with silver trim.

The glass section takes the form of wrought iron-detailed side windows. A corniced frame sits above. A silver handle was chosen for this model. Color, pattern, and handle choices can be adapted to your project; the cladding options page compares the alternatives.

Its design language is best described as luxury classic villa.

Which Entrances Suit It?

Homes with gardens and detached houses are this model's typical settings. Since the side sections widen the opening, it suits wide-fronted entrances rather than narrow ones — and it brings daylight into the entry hall. We compare where a villa door and a building entrance door part ways on the villa door vs. building entrance door page.

Measurement, Production, and Installation

Production starts with measurements taken on site. How the door opening is measured is covered on the how measurements are taken page; material choices are covered on the galvanized or DKP sheet and lock systems pages. This model's technical specifications are in the table below. Maintenance steps that extend the door's life are covered on the care and lifespan page, and coverage details on the warranty and service page.

Frequently Asked Questions

How much does BD-TR121 cost?

We cannot quote a price before taking measurements. The size of the door opening and your cladding, glass, and lock choices directly affect the cost; the on-site survey is free, followed by an itemized quote. See steel door prices for details.

Can the color of BD-TR121 be changed?

Yes, the color is not fixed. The catalog shows dark walnut with silver trim, but the cladding is chosen per project; on the cladding options page we cover which surface works best where.

Can the glass in BD-TR121 be changed?

Yes. The glass in the photo is this model's catalog finish; it can be produced in different colors and patterns, provided Şişecam 5+5 mm laminated glass is used. It can also be produced without glass.

How are measurements taken for BD-TR121?

Measuring is our job. We take the clear width of the door opening, the height from the finished floor, and the wall thickness; the details are on the how measurements are taken page.

Frequently Asked Questions

What is the lead time for a custom villa door?

Production takes 20-25 days from the day the specification is approved. Custom detailing — carved cladding, oversized leaves, special glass — can extend that, and we confirm the date in writing before starting. Ocean freight time to the destination port is added on top.

How are steel doors packaged for sea freight export?

Each door is crated in a wooden case built to its own dimensions, with edge protection and corner blocks, then strapped to prevent movement inside the container. Full container loading is used for project quantities; single doors and small orders ship as groupage cargo.

What measurements do you need to quote?

The width, height and wall thickness of the rough opening, in millimetres or in inches — whichever your drawings use. Photographs of the opening from inside and outside help us confirm the swing direction and the frame detail. No site visit is needed.

Can you manufacture to imperial (inch) dimensions?

Yes. An opening given as 36 x 80 inches is manufactured to that dimension directly. Nothing is converted to a nearest metric size and rounded, so the door arrives at the size your drawing specifies.

Who installs the door at the destination?

Your own contractor. Every shipment includes an installation drawing and the frame fixing set, and the frame is designed to be set into the opening without special tooling.

What export documents travel with the shipment?

Commercial invoice, packing list and certificate of origin, plus whatever else the customs broker at the destination requires. Documentation is prepared before the container leaves the factory.
