A honey walnut double leaf, wrought-iron-worked windows and a square panel grid — that is what sets apart this villa steel door, code BD-TR99. It is not sold in ready-made sizes; your entrance is measured on site and the leaf is manufactured to fit.

Product Code: BD-TR99

Surface and Glass Sections

The leaf structure is a double leaf with two side windows. The lower part of the leaf carries a square panel grid. The finish is a honey walnut tone.

The model features vertical windows with wrought iron work. A silver pull was chosen for this model. Color, pattern and handle choices can be tailored to your project; the cladding options page compares the alternatives.

The design language is defined as classic villa.

Which Entrances Does It Suit?

It is typically used in homes with gardens and residence apartments. Thanks to the side sections, wide door openings are closed with a single assembly. We compare where villa doors and building entrance doors differ on the villa door vs. building entrance door page.

Production and Installation Process

Measurements are taken from the door opening, not the existing leaf; we explain the process step by step on the how measurements are taken page. Frame, sheet thickness, infill and lock values are listed in the specification table below. Sheet steel choices are compared on the galvanized or DKP sheet steel page and lock alternatives on the lock systems page. The care steps that extend the door's life are on the care and lifespan page, and coverage details are on the warranty and service page.

Frequently Asked Questions

What does the BD-TR99 cost?

There is no fixed price — since every leaf is manufactured to measure, the cost depends on the dimensions, cladding and lock choice. After the survey we send a written, itemized quote. We break the items down on the steel door prices page.

Can I order this model in a color other than honey walnut?

You can. Honey walnut is simply the finish in the photo, not a fixed choice — you can pick from the alternatives on the cladding options page.

Can the glass in the BD-TR99 be changed?

Yes. The glass in the image is this model's catalogue finish; it can be produced in different colors and patterns, provided Şişecam 5+5 mm laminated glass is used. The door can also be made without glass.

How are measurements taken for the BD-TR99?

Our survey team measures on site. If you would still like to know the process, the how measurements are taken page explains the three points we measure from.

How can I order the BD-TR99 model?

Frequently Asked Questions

What is the lead time for a custom villa door?

Production takes 20-25 days from the day the specification is approved. Custom detailing — carved cladding, oversized leaves, special glass — can extend that, and we confirm the date in writing before starting. Ocean freight time to the destination port is added on top.

How are steel doors packaged for sea freight export?

Each door is crated in a wooden case built to its own dimensions, with edge protection and corner blocks, then strapped to prevent movement inside the container. Full container loading is used for project quantities; single doors and small orders ship as groupage cargo.

What measurements do you need to quote?

The width, height and wall thickness of the rough opening, in millimetres or in inches — whichever your drawings use. Photographs of the opening from inside and outside help us confirm the swing direction and the frame detail. No site visit is needed.

Can you manufacture to imperial (inch) dimensions?

Yes. An opening given as 36 x 80 inches is manufactured to that dimension directly. Nothing is converted to a nearest metric size and rounded, so the door arrives at the size your drawing specifies.

Who installs the door at the destination?

Your own contractor. Every shipment includes an installation drawing and the frame fixing set, and the frame is designed to be set into the opening without special tooling.

What export documents travel with the shipment?

Commercial invoice, packing list and certificate of origin, plus whatever else the customs broker at the destination requires. Documentation is prepared before the container leaves the factory.
