This villa steel door model carries the code BD-TR56: a red walnut three-section panel with wrought iron-detailed glass at the sides. Like every door we make, this model is produced to measure; no ready-made leaves are supplied from stock. The finish photographed is a red walnut veneer.

Product Code: BD-TR56

Glass, Upper Section and Surface

Produced as a single leaf with twin side glass. The surface carries a three-section panel. The surface is finished in red walnut.

The glass section consists of slim side panes with wrought iron detailing. There is a corniced frame above. It is completed with a black classic lever handle. The finish pictured is the catalog selection — a different finish can be chosen from the surface finish options.

The design language is defined as classic villa.

Suitable Entrances

It is most often used in residence apartment and garden home projects. Since the side sections extend the opening, it suits wide-fronted entrances better than narrow ones; it also brings daylight into the hall. The difference between these two types isn't just size; we've detailed it on the difference between a villa door and a building entrance door page.

Production and Installation Process

Measurements are taken from the door opening, not the existing leaf; the how measurements are taken page walks through it step by step. Frame, sheet thickness, infill and lock specifications are listed in the table below. Sheet steel choices are compared on the galvanized or DKP sheet steel page, and lock alternatives on the lock systems page. After installation, our care and lifespan guidance and warranty and service terms apply.

Frequently Asked Questions

How much does model BD-TR56 cost?

A price can't be quoted before measuring. The opening size and your finish, glass and lock choices directly affect the amount; the survey is free and is followed by an itemized quote. See steel door prices for details.

Can I order this model in a color other than red walnut?

Yes. The red walnut finish pictured is this model's catalog selection; it can be produced in other colors with compact laminate, composite, marine plywood and wood veneer options. We've compared the options on the surface finish options page.

Can the glass pattern be different?

Yes. The glass pictured is this model's catalog finish; provided Şişecam 5+5 mm laminated glass is used, it can be produced in different colors and patterns. A glassless version is also possible.

Do I need to take the measurements myself?

We take the measurements during the survey; nothing is needed from you. Measurements come from the door opening, not the existing leaf — the method is explained on the how measurements are taken page.

Frequently Asked Questions

What is the lead time for a custom villa door?

Production takes 20-25 days from the day the specification is approved. Custom detailing — carved cladding, oversized leaves, special glass — can extend that, and we confirm the date in writing before starting. Ocean freight time to the destination port is added on top.

How are steel doors packaged for sea freight export?

Each door is crated in a wooden case built to its own dimensions, with edge protection and corner blocks, then strapped to prevent movement inside the container. Full container loading is used for project quantities; single doors and small orders ship as groupage cargo.

What measurements do you need to quote?

The width, height and wall thickness of the rough opening, in millimetres or in inches — whichever your drawings use. Photographs of the opening from inside and outside help us confirm the swing direction and the frame detail. No site visit is needed.

Can you manufacture to imperial (inch) dimensions?

Yes. An opening given as 36 x 80 inches is manufactured to that dimension directly. Nothing is converted to a nearest metric size and rounded, so the door arrives at the size your drawing specifies.

Who installs the door at the destination?

Your own contractor. Every shipment includes an installation drawing and the frame fixing set, and the frame is designed to be set into the opening without special tooling.

What export documents travel with the shipment?

Commercial invoice, packing list and certificate of origin, plus whatever else the customs broker at the destination requires. Documentation is prepared before the container leaves the factory.
