The two-section paneled gray villa door, model BD-TR29, is built as a gray two-section panel leaf with narrow vertical glass on either side. It is not sold in ready-made sizes; your entrance is measured on site and the leaf is built to that measurement. The photo shows the gray finish.

Product Code: BD-TR29

Surface and Glazing

The model is configured as a single leaf with a narrow glass panel on each side. The surface is worked as a two-section panel design. The color applied is gray.

The glazing takes the form of narrow vertical side panels. It is completed with a black pull handle. Cladding and hardware are not fixed; the door can be produced with any of the alternatives on the cladding options page.

Its design language is best described as classic villa.

Suitable Entrances

Detached homes and villa entrances are this model's typical settings. It is designed for wide openings: the side sections both make up the width and bring light into the entrance. The difference between the two door types is not just a matter of size; we go into detail on the villa door vs. building entrance door page.

From Measurement to Installation

We take the measurements during the survey — based on the door opening, not the existing leaf; the method is explained on the how measurements are taken page. You'll find this model's frame, leaf and lock values in the table below; the lock systems and galvanized or DKP sheet pages detail the options. After delivery, warranty and service coverage applies; see the care and lifespan page for keeping the surface in shape.

Frequently Asked Questions

How much does the BD-TR29 cost?

There is no fixed price — since every leaf is built to measure, the total depends on size, cladding and lock choice. After the survey we send a written, itemized quote. The line items are detailed on the steel door prices page.

Can the BD-TR29 be produced in a different color?

Yes. The gray finish in the photo is this model's catalog choice; it can be produced in other colors with compact laminate, composite, marine plywood and wood cladding options. We compare them on the cladding options page.

Can the glass pattern be different?

Yes. The glass shown is this model's catalog finish; provided Şişecam 5+5 mm laminated glass is used, it can be produced in a different color and pattern. It can also be made without glass.

How does measuring work when ordering the BD-TR29?

Measuring is our job. We record the clear width of the door opening, the height from finished floor, and the wall thickness; details are on the how measurements are taken page.

Frequently Asked Questions

What is the lead time for a custom villa door?

Production takes 20-25 days from the day the specification is approved. Custom detailing — carved cladding, oversized leaves, special glass — can extend that, and we confirm the date in writing before starting. Ocean freight time to the destination port is added on top.

How are steel doors packaged for sea freight export?

Each door is crated in a wooden case built to its own dimensions, with edge protection and corner blocks, then strapped to prevent movement inside the container. Full container loading is used for project quantities; single doors and small orders ship as groupage cargo.

What measurements do you need to quote?

The width, height and wall thickness of the rough opening, in millimetres or in inches — whichever your drawings use. Photographs of the opening from inside and outside help us confirm the swing direction and the frame detail. No site visit is needed.

Can you manufacture to imperial (inch) dimensions?

Yes. An opening given as 36 x 80 inches is manufactured to that dimension directly. Nothing is converted to a nearest metric size and rounded, so the door arrives at the size your drawing specifies.

Who installs the door at the destination?

Your own contractor. Every shipment includes an installation drawing and the frame fixing set, and the frame is designed to be set into the opening without special tooling.

What export documents travel with the shipment?

Commercial invoice, packing list and certificate of origin, plus whatever else the customs broker at the destination requires. Documentation is prepared before the container leaves the factory.
