A black leaf in a white frame, diamond-pattern stained glass, and a transom window above. It appears in the catalog under code BD-TR20. Like every door we make, this model is produced to measure; no leaf is supplied from stock. The catalog finish is a black leaf with a white frame.
Product Code: BD-TR20
Leaf, Glass, and Transom
The door is structured as a single leaf with twin side windows and a transom window. The leaf surface is worked as two vertical glazed sections. The finish is a black leaf with a white frame.
The glazing is resolved as diamond-pattern stained glass. Above sits a stained glass transom window. A classic lever handle is used. Cladding and hardware are not fixed; the door can be produced with any of the alternatives on the cladding options page.
The design language is classic villa.
Which Entrances Does It Suit?
Garden homes and detached homes are this model's typical settings. Because the side sections widen the opening, it suits wide-fronted entrances rather than narrow ones; it also brings daylight into the hall. We compare where a villa door and a building entrance door part ways on the villa door vs. building entrance door page.
Measurement, Production, and Installation
We take the measurements during the site survey — based on the door opening, not the existing leaf; the method is explained on the how doors are measured page. You will find this model's frame, leaf, and lock specifications in the table below; the lock systems and galvanized or DKP sheet steel pages cover the options in detail. After delivery, warranty and service coverage applies; see the care and lifespan page for protecting the surface.
Frequently Asked Questions
How much does BD-TR20 cost?
We do not publish list prices, because every door is made to measure. The total depends on the size of the door opening and the cladding, glass, and lock you choose. After a free site survey, we provide a written quote itemized line by line; we explain what drives the price on the steel door prices page.
Can BD-TR20 be produced in a different color?
Yes, it can. The black leaf with white frame is only the finish shown in the photo, not a fixed choice — you can pick from the alternatives on the cladding options page.
Can the glass in BD-TR20 be changed?
Yes. The glass shown is this model's catalog finish; provided Şişecam 5+5 mm laminated glass is used, it can be produced in different colors and patterns. A glass-free version is also possible.
How does measuring work when ordering BD-TR20?
We take the measurements during the site survey; nothing is required on your part. Measurements are taken from the door opening, not the existing leaf — we explain the method on the how doors are measured page.
How can I order model BD-TR20?

Frequently Asked Questions
What is the lead time for a custom villa door?
Production takes 20-25 days from the day the specification is approved. Custom detailing — carved cladding, oversized leaves, special glass — can extend that, and we confirm the date in writing before starting. Ocean freight time to the destination port is added on top.
How are steel doors packaged for sea freight export?
Each door is crated in a wooden case built to its own dimensions, with edge protection and corner blocks, then strapped to prevent movement inside the container. Full container loading is used for project quantities; single doors and small orders ship as groupage cargo.
What measurements do you need to quote?
The width, height and wall thickness of the rough opening, in millimetres or in inches — whichever your drawings use. Photographs of the opening from inside and outside help us confirm the swing direction and the frame detail. No site visit is needed.
Can you manufacture to imperial (inch) dimensions?
Yes. An opening given as 36 x 80 inches is manufactured to that dimension directly. Nothing is converted to a nearest metric size and rounded, so the door arrives at the size your drawing specifies.
Who installs the door at the destination?
Your own contractor. Every shipment includes an installation drawing and the frame fixing set, and the frame is designed to be set into the opening without special tooling.
What export documents travel with the shipment?
Commercial invoice, packing list and certificate of origin, plus whatever else the customs broker at the destination requires. Documentation is prepared before the container leaves the factory.
