A walnut double leaf with three vertical lead-lined stained glass panels — that is what sets apart this villa steel door, code BD-TR11. It is not sold in stock sizes; your entrance is measured on site and the leaf is built to that measurement.

Product Code: BD-TR11

Leaf, Glass and Transom

The leaf structure is a double leaf with a transom window. The lower section of the leaf carries panels. The finish is in a walnut tone.

The model features three vertical lead-lined stained glass panels. A glazed transom window sits above. A classic lever handle was chosen for this model. Color, pattern and handle can all be adapted to your project; the cladding options page compares the alternatives.

The design language is defined as classic villa.

Which Entrances Does It Suit?

Homes with gardens and detached homes are this model's typical settings. Thanks to the side sections, wide door openings are closed with a single composition. We compare exactly where a villa door and a building entrance door part ways on the difference between villa doors and building entrance doors page.

Production and Installation Process

We take the measurements during the survey — the door opening is the reference, not the existing leaf; the method is explained on the how measurements are taken page. You will find this model's frame, leaf and lock specifications in the table below; the lock systems and galvanized or DKP sheet steel pages detail the options. Maintenance steps that extend the door's life are on the care and lifespan page, and what is covered is on the warranty and service page.

Frequently Asked Questions

How much does the BD-TR11 cost?

We do not publish a list price, because each door is made to measure. The total is set by the size of the door opening and the cladding, glass and lock you select. After a free survey we provide a written quote broken down line by line; what moves the price is explained on the steel door prices page.

Can I have this model in a color other than walnut?

It can. Walnut is only the finish in the photo, not a fixed choice — you can pick from the alternatives on the cladding options page.

Can the glass in the BD-TR11 be changed?

Yes. The glass shown is this model's catalog finish; provided Şişecam 5+5 mm laminated glass is used, it can be produced in different colors and patterns. It can also be made without glass.

How are measurements taken for the BD-TR11?

Measuring is our job. We record the clear width of the door opening, its height from the finished floor and the wall thickness; details are on the how measurements are taken page.

How can I order the BD-TR11?

You can fill in the pre-order form on our site or call us on 0532 689 21 46. Mentioning product code BD-TR11 in your request speeds the process up. You can browse other villa steel door models on the villa steel door models page.

Frequently Asked Questions

What is the lead time for a custom villa door?

Production takes 20-25 days from the day the specification is approved. Custom detailing — carved cladding, oversized leaves, special glass — can extend that, and we confirm the date in writing before starting. Ocean freight time to the destination port is added on top.

How are steel doors packaged for sea freight export?

Each door is crated in a wooden case built to its own dimensions, with edge protection and corner blocks, then strapped to prevent movement inside the container. Full container loading is used for project quantities; single doors and small orders ship as groupage cargo.

What measurements do you need to quote?

The width, height and wall thickness of the rough opening, in millimetres or in inches — whichever your drawings use. Photographs of the opening from inside and outside help us confirm the swing direction and the frame detail. No site visit is needed.

Can you manufacture to imperial (inch) dimensions?

Yes. An opening given as 36 x 80 inches is manufactured to that dimension directly. Nothing is converted to a nearest metric size and rounded, so the door arrives at the size your drawing specifies.

Who installs the door at the destination?

Your own contractor. Every shipment includes an installation drawing and the frame fixing set, and the frame is designed to be set into the opening without special tooling.

What export documents travel with the shipment?

Commercial invoice, packing list and certificate of origin, plus whatever else the customs broker at the destination requires. Documentation is prepared before the container leaves the factory.
