A corten rust-toned metal pivot leaf with a wide vertical slot handle recessed into the body. Listed in our catalog under code TR321. There is no standard size — the door opening is measured during the survey and production follows that measurement. The image shows the corten (rust) toned metal finish.

Product Code: TR321

Leaf Surface

Produced as a pivot single leaf. The surface detailing is a flat metal face. The color applied is corten (rust) toned metal.

The handle is a wide vertical slot pull. Cladding and hardware are not fixed; the door can be produced with any of the alternatives on our cladding options page.

Its design language is defined as industrial pivot.

Suitable Entrances

Office and plaza entrances, along with wide-fronted detached houses, are where this model is typically used. Its single-leaf configuration suits entrances of standard width. Because a pivot system transfers the leaf's weight to the floor, it can carry a taller, heavier leaf than a hinged door. As the leaf takes up space in front and behind while turning, the entrance must allow for that clearance — details on our when to choose a pivot door page.

Production and Installation Process

Production starts with measurements taken on site. How the opening is measured is covered on our how to measure page; material choices on the galvanized or DKP sheet steel and lock systems pages. The technical values for this model are in the table below. After installation, the care and lifespan and warranty and service terms apply.

Frequently Asked Questions

How much is the TR321?

We do not publish a list price, because each door is made to measure. The total is set by the size of the opening and the cladding, glass and lock you select. After a free survey we provide a written quote itemized line by line; what moves the price is explained on our steel door prices page.

Can the color of the TR321 be changed?

Yes. The corten (rust) toned metal finish in the image is this model's catalog selection; it can be produced in other colors with compact laminate, composite, marine plywood and wood veneer options. We compare them on our cladding options page.

How does the measuring stage work when ordering the TR321?

We take the measurements during the survey; nothing is required from you. Measurements come from the door opening, not the existing leaf — the method is described on our how to measure page.

How do I get a quote for the TR321?

You can fill out the pre-order form on our site or reach us at 0532 689 21 46. Mentioning product code TR321 in your request speeds things up. You can browse other pivot steel door models on our pivot steel door models page.

Frequently Asked Questions

What is the lead time for a custom villa door?

Production takes 20-25 days from the day the specification is approved. Custom detailing — carved cladding, oversized leaves, special glass — can extend that, and we confirm the date in writing before starting. Ocean freight time to the destination port is added on top.

How are steel doors packaged for sea freight export?

Each door is crated in a wooden case built to its own dimensions, with edge protection and corner blocks, then strapped to prevent movement inside the container. Full container loading is used for project quantities; single doors and small orders ship as groupage cargo.

What measurements do you need to quote?

The width, height and wall thickness of the rough opening, in millimetres or in inches — whichever your drawings use. Photographs of the opening from inside and outside help us confirm the swing direction and the frame detail. No site visit is needed.

Can you manufacture to imperial (inch) dimensions?

Yes. An opening given as 36 x 80 inches is manufactured to that dimension directly. Nothing is converted to a nearest metric size and rounded, so the door arrives at the size your drawing specifies.

Who installs the door at the destination?

Your own contractor. Every shipment includes an installation drawing and the frame fixing set, and the frame is designed to be set into the opening without special tooling.

What export documents travel with the shipment?

Commercial invoice, packing list and certificate of origin, plus whatever else the customs broker at the destination requires. Documentation is prepared before the container leaves the factory.
