This pivot steel door model carries the code TR307: a pivot leaf worked with a perforated dot pattern on a corten rust-tone metal surface. It is not sold in stock sizes; your entrance is measured on site, and the leaf is built to that measurement. The photo shows a corten (rust-tone) metal finish.

Product Code: TR307

Leaf Surface

The model is configured as a single pivot leaf. The surface treatment is a perforated dot pattern. The color applied is corten (rust-tone) metal.

A long vertical stainless steel handle is used. Color, pattern, and handle choices can be adapted to your project; the options are compared on the cladding options page.

The design language is industrial pivot.

Where Is It Used?

It is chosen primarily for hotel and showroom entrances and villa entrances. The one-piece leaf presents an uninterrupted surface when viewed from outside. Because the load rests on the floor rather than on hinges, the leaf can be far wider and thicker. Since it requires swing clearance, it is not suitable for narrow entrances that open directly onto a staircase; the conditions are listed on the when to choose a pivot door page.

Production and Installation Process

Production begins with measurements taken on site. How the door opening is measured is covered on the how doors are measured page; material choices are on the galvanized or DKP sheet steel and lock systems pages. This model's technical specifications are in the table below. After installation, the care and lifespan and warranty and service terms apply.

Frequently Asked Questions

How is the price of TR307 determined?

There is no fixed price — since every leaf is made to measure, the total varies with the dimensions, cladding, and lock you choose. After the survey, we send a written, itemized quote. The cost items are broken down on the steel door prices page.

Can TR307 be produced in a different color?

Yes, it can. Corten (rust-tone) metal is only the finish shown in the photo, not a fixed choice — you can pick from the alternatives on the cladding options page.

How does measuring work when ordering TR307?

Measuring is our job. We measure the clear width of the door opening, its height from the finished floor, and the wall thickness; details are on the how doors are measured page.

How do I get a quote for TR307?

You can fill in the pre-order form on our website or call us on 0532 689 21 46. Mentioning the product code TR307 in your request speeds things up. You can browse other pivot steel door designs on the pivot steel door models page.

Frequently Asked Questions

What is the lead time for a custom villa door?

Production takes 20-25 days from the day the specification is approved. Custom detailing — carved cladding, oversized leaves, special glass — can extend that, and we confirm the date in writing before starting. Ocean freight time to the destination port is added on top.

How are steel doors packaged for sea freight export?

Each door is crated in a wooden case built to its own dimensions, with edge protection and corner blocks, then strapped to prevent movement inside the container. Full container loading is used for project quantities; single doors and small orders ship as groupage cargo.

What measurements do you need to quote?

The width, height and wall thickness of the rough opening, in millimetres or in inches — whichever your drawings use. Photographs of the opening from inside and outside help us confirm the swing direction and the frame detail. No site visit is needed.

Can you manufacture to imperial (inch) dimensions?

Yes. An opening given as 36 x 80 inches is manufactured to that dimension directly. Nothing is converted to a nearest metric size and rounded, so the door arrives at the size your drawing specifies.

Who installs the door at the destination?

Your own contractor. Every shipment includes an installation drawing and the frame fixing set, and the frame is designed to be set into the opening without special tooling.

What export documents travel with the shipment?

Commercial invoice, packing list and certificate of origin, plus whatever else the customs broker at the destination requires. Documentation is prepared before the container leaves the factory.
