A dark grey-brown pivot double leaf with vertical stainless steel slats and short horizontal notches — that is what sets this pivot steel door, code TR315, apart. Production starts after you order: we first carry out an on-site survey, then build the leaf to fit the door opening. The catalog finish is a dark grey-brown wood tone.

Product Code: TR315

Leaf Surface

The door is built as a pivot double leaf. The leaf surface is worked with a row of vertical stainless steel slats and short horizontal notches. The finish is a dark grey-brown wood tone.

A vertical stainless steel bar handle completes it. Neither the surface finish nor the hardware is fixed; the door can be produced with any of the alternatives on our surface finish options page.

The design language is best described as modern pivot.

Which Entrances Does It Suit?

It is chosen primarily for wide-fronted detached homes and villa entrances. It is designed for wide openings: the side sections make up the width while also bringing light into the entrance. The leaf turns on bearings set into the floor and the head of the frame, making sizes possible that hinges could never carry. In return, it needs swing clearance in front of and behind the door. Our when to choose a pivot door page explains which entrances are suitable.

Production and Installation Process

We take the measurements during the survey — working from the door opening, not the existing leaf; the method is explained on the how measurements are taken page. You will find this model's frame, leaf and lock specifications in the table below; the lock systems and galvanized or DKP sheet steel pages cover the options in detail. After delivery, our warranty and service coverage applies; see the care and lifespan page for keeping the surface in good condition.

Frequently Asked Questions

How is the price of the TR315 determined?

There is no fixed price — since every leaf is made to measure, the total depends on the dimensions, the surface finish and the lock you choose. After the survey we send a written, fully itemized quotation. We break down the cost items on our steel door prices page.

Can I have this model in a color other than dark grey-brown wood?

Yes, it can. Dark grey-brown wood is simply the finish shown in the photo, not a fixed choice — you can pick from the alternatives on our surface finish options page.

How does measuring work when ordering the TR315?

Measuring is our job. We measure the clear width of the door opening, its height from the finished floor and the wall thickness; the details are on the how measurements are taken page.

Frequently Asked Questions

What is the lead time for a custom villa door?

Production takes 20-25 days from the day the specification is approved. Custom detailing — carved cladding, oversized leaves, special glass — can extend that, and we confirm the date in writing before starting. Ocean freight time to the destination port is added on top.

How are steel doors packaged for sea freight export?

Each door is crated in a wooden case built to its own dimensions, with edge protection and corner blocks, then strapped to prevent movement inside the container. Full container loading is used for project quantities; single doors and small orders ship as groupage cargo.

What measurements do you need to quote?

The width, height and wall thickness of the rough opening, in millimetres or in inches — whichever your drawings use. Photographs of the opening from inside and outside help us confirm the swing direction and the frame detail. No site visit is needed.

Can you manufacture to imperial (inch) dimensions?

Yes. An opening given as 36 x 80 inches is manufactured to that dimension directly. Nothing is converted to a nearest metric size and rounded, so the door arrives at the size your drawing specifies.

Who installs the door at the destination?

Your own contractor. Every shipment includes an installation drawing and the frame fixing set, and the frame is designed to be set into the opening without special tooling.

What export documents travel with the shipment?

Commercial invoice, packing list and certificate of origin, plus whatever else the customs broker at the destination requires. Documentation is prepared before the container leaves the factory.
