This pivot steel door model carries the code TR316: a light oak flat-surface pivot leaf with a slim, long stainless steel handle. There is no standard size — the door opening is measured during the survey and production follows that measurement. The finish shown in the photo is light oak cladding.
Product Code: TR316
Surface Pattern and Finish
Produced as a pivot single leaf. The surface is a flat, unadorned wood face. The surface is finished in light oak.
It is completed with a slim, long stainless steel handle. Cladding and hardware are not fixed; the door can be produced with any of the alternatives on our cladding options page.
Its design language is defined as minimal pivot.
Suitable Entrances
Office and plaza entrances, along with villa entrances, are where this model is typically used. Its single-leaf configuration suits entrances of standard width. The leaf rotates on bearings set into the floor and head frame, which makes sizes possible that hinges could never carry. In return, it needs swing clearance in front of and behind the door. Our when to choose a pivot door page explains which entrances are suitable.
Measurement, Production and Installation
Measurements are taken from the door opening, not the existing leaf; we describe the process step by step on our how to measure page. Frame, sheet thickness, infill and lock values are listed in the specification table below. Sheet steel choices are compared on the galvanized or DKP sheet steel page, lock alternatives on the lock systems page. After delivery, our warranty and service coverage applies; see the care and lifespan page for keeping the surface protected.
Frequently Asked Questions
How is the price of the TR316 determined?
We do not publish a list price, because each door is made to measure. The total is set by the size of the opening and the cladding, glass and lock you select. After a free survey we provide a written quote itemized line by line; what moves the price is explained on our steel door prices page.
Can the color of the TR316 be changed?
It can be done. Light oak is only the finish photographed, not a fixed choice — you can pick from the alternatives on our cladding options page.
How is the TR316 measured?
We take the measurements during the survey; nothing is required from you. Measurements come from the door opening, not the existing leaf — the method is described on our how to measure page.
How do I get a quote for the TR316?
You can fill out the pre-order form on our site or reach us at 0532 689 21 46. Mentioning product code TR316 in your request speeds things up. You can browse other pivot steel door models on our pivot steel door models page.

Frequently Asked Questions
What is the lead time for a custom villa door?
Production takes 20-25 days from the day the specification is approved. Custom detailing — carved cladding, oversized leaves, special glass — can extend that, and we confirm the date in writing before starting. Ocean freight time to the destination port is added on top.
How are steel doors packaged for sea freight export?
Each door is crated in a wooden case built to its own dimensions, with edge protection and corner blocks, then strapped to prevent movement inside the container. Full container loading is used for project quantities; single doors and small orders ship as groupage cargo.
What measurements do you need to quote?
The width, height and wall thickness of the rough opening, in millimetres or in inches — whichever your drawings use. Photographs of the opening from inside and outside help us confirm the swing direction and the frame detail. No site visit is needed.
Can you manufacture to imperial (inch) dimensions?
Yes. An opening given as 36 x 80 inches is manufactured to that dimension directly. Nothing is converted to a nearest metric size and rounded, so the door arrives at the size your drawing specifies.
Who installs the door at the destination?
Your own contractor. Every shipment includes an installation drawing and the frame fixing set, and the frame is designed to be set into the opening without special tooling.
What export documents travel with the shipment?
Commercial invoice, packing list and certificate of origin, plus whatever else the customs broker at the destination requires. Documentation is prepared before the container leaves the factory.
