This building entrance door model carries the code TR516: dense white wrought-iron work over navy-blue glass, set on a honey-toned walnut body. It's manufactured to measure — whatever the width and height of your entrance, the leaf is built to match. The photo shows a honey-toned walnut finish.
Product Code: TR516
Leaf and Glass Layout
It's produced as a double leaf. The surface treatment takes the form of dense baroque scrollwork. The surface is finished in honey-toned walnut.
The glazing is resolved as large glass panels with white wrought-iron work over a navy-blue ground. It's finished with a straight stainless handle. The finish shown is the catalog choice — a different cladding can be selected from our cladding options.
The design language is described as classic wrought-iron.
Where Is It Used?
Housing-estate blocks and residential complexes are the typical settings for this model. Because the side sections widen the opening, this suits broad-fronted entrances rather than narrow ones — and it brings daylight into the hall as well. The difference between the two types isn't just size — we've detailed it on our villa door vs. building entrance door page.
From Measurement to Installation
We take the measurement during the on-site survey — it's based on the door opening, not the existing leaf; the method is explained on our how measurements are taken page. You'll find this model's frame, leaf and lock specifications in the table below; our lock systems and galvanized vs. cold-rolled steel pages detail the options. The care steps that extend the door's lifespan are on our care and lifespan page, and warranty coverage is on our warranty and service page.
Frequently Asked Questions
What's the price of the TR516 model?
We can't quote a price before measuring. The size of the door opening, along with the cladding, glass and lock you choose, directly affects the amount; the survey is free, and an itemized quote follows. See our steel door prices page for details.
Can the color of the TR516 door be changed?
Yes. The honey-toned walnut finish shown is this model's catalog choice; it can be produced in other colors using compact laminate, composite, water-transfer or wood-effect cladding. We've compared the options on our cladding options page.
Can the glass pattern be different?
Yes. The glass shown is this model's catalog finish; it can be produced in a different color and pattern as long as Şişecam 5+5 mm laminated glass is used. A version without glass is also possible.
Do I need to take the measurement myself?
We take the measurement during the survey; nothing is expected of you. The measurement is taken from the door opening, not the existing leaf — we've explained the method on our how measurements are taken page.

Frequently Asked Questions
What is the lead time for a custom villa door?
Production takes 20-25 days from the day the specification is approved. Custom detailing — carved cladding, oversized leaves, special glass — can extend that, and we confirm the date in writing before starting. Ocean freight time to the destination port is added on top.
How are steel doors packaged for sea freight export?
Each door is crated in a wooden case built to its own dimensions, with edge protection and corner blocks, then strapped to prevent movement inside the container. Full container loading is used for project quantities; single doors and small orders ship as groupage cargo.
What measurements do you need to quote?
The width, height and wall thickness of the rough opening, in millimetres or in inches — whichever your drawings use. Photographs of the opening from inside and outside help us confirm the swing direction and the frame detail. No site visit is needed.
Can you manufacture to imperial (inch) dimensions?
Yes. An opening given as 36 x 80 inches is manufactured to that dimension directly. Nothing is converted to a nearest metric size and rounded, so the door arrives at the size your drawing specifies.
Who installs the door at the destination?
Your own contractor. Every shipment includes an installation drawing and the frame fixing set, and the frame is designed to be set into the opening without special tooling.
What export documents travel with the shipment?
Commercial invoice, packing list and certificate of origin, plus whatever else the customs broker at the destination requires. Documentation is prepared before the container leaves the factory.
