A honey walnut leaf glazed above and carved-panelled below — that is what sets villa steel door model BD-TR114 apart. Production begins after your order: first we carry out an on-site survey, then the leaf is built to fit the door opening.

Product Code: BD-TR114

Leaf and Glass Layout

The leaf structure is a single leaf with twin side windows. The leaf surface is worked with glazing above and a carved panel below. The finish is honey walnut with an anthracite frame.

The glazing takes the form of wide side windows. An anthracite vertical handle was chosen for this model. The finish shown is the catalogue selection — a different cladding can be chosen from the cladding options.

The design language is best described as classic-modern villa.

Which Entrances Does It Suit?

It is most often used for homes with gardens and detached houses. It is designed for wide openings: the side sections both make up the width and light the entrance. We compare where a villa door and a building entrance door differ on the villa door vs building entrance door page.

Production and Installation

Production starts with measurements taken on site. The how to measure page explains how the opening is measured; material choices are covered on the galvanized or DKP sheet steel and lock systems pages. The technical specifications for this model are listed in the table below. The care steps that extend the door's service life are on the care and lifespan page, and coverage details are on the warranty and service page.

Frequently Asked Questions

What does model BD-TR114 cost?

We cannot quote a price before measuring. The size of the opening and your cladding, glass and lock choices directly affect the amount; the survey is free and is followed by an itemized quote. See steel door prices for details.

Can I have this model in a colour other than honey walnut with anthracite frame?

Yes. The honey walnut and anthracite frame finish shown is this model's catalogue selection; it can be produced in different colours with compact laminate, composite, marine plywood and wood veneer options. We compare the alternatives on the cladding options page.

Can the glass on BD-TR114 be changed?

Yes. The glass shown is this model's catalogue finish; it can be produced in a different colour or pattern, provided Şişecam 5+5 mm laminated glass is used. It can also be produced without glass.

Do I need to take the measurements myself?

Our survey team measures on site. If you would still like to know how it works, the how to measure page explains the three points we measure from.

Frequently Asked Questions

What is the lead time for a custom villa door?

Production takes 20-25 days from the day the specification is approved. Custom detailing — carved cladding, oversized leaves, special glass — can extend that, and we confirm the date in writing before starting. Ocean freight time to the destination port is added on top.

How are steel doors packaged for sea freight export?

Each door is crated in a wooden case built to its own dimensions, with edge protection and corner blocks, then strapped to prevent movement inside the container. Full container loading is used for project quantities; single doors and small orders ship as groupage cargo.

What measurements do you need to quote?

The width, height and wall thickness of the rough opening, in millimetres or in inches — whichever your drawings use. Photographs of the opening from inside and outside help us confirm the swing direction and the frame detail. No site visit is needed.

Can you manufacture to imperial (inch) dimensions?

Yes. An opening given as 36 x 80 inches is manufactured to that dimension directly. Nothing is converted to a nearest metric size and rounded, so the door arrives at the size your drawing specifies.

Who installs the door at the destination?

Your own contractor. Every shipment includes an installation drawing and the frame fixing set, and the frame is designed to be set into the opening without special tooling.

What export documents travel with the shipment?

Commercial invoice, packing list and certificate of origin, plus whatever else the customs broker at the destination requires. Documentation is prepared before the container leaves the factory.
