BD-TR112 is a villa steel door model distinguished by its knotty light-oak lamella leaf, set beside a marble-pattern panel and divided glazing. Like every door we build, this model is manufactured to measure — there's no ready-made leaf pulled from stock. The catalog finish is a light oak (knotty) tone.

Product Code: BD-TR112

Leaf and Glass Layout

The leaf layout is single-leaf plus a side glass panel. The leaf shows horizontal lamellas. The catalog color is a light oak (knotty) tone.

The model features divided side glazing and a marble-pattern panel. A long vertical stainless handle was chosen for this model. The finish shown is the catalog choice — a different cladding can be selected from our cladding options.

The design language is described as modern villa.

Who Is This Model For?

It's chosen primarily for villa entrances and residence apartments. Thanks to the side sections, wide door openings are covered by a single, unified design. We've compared where a villa door and a building entrance door part ways on our villa door vs. building entrance door page.

Production and Installation Process

Production starts with an on-site measurement. How the door opening is measured is covered on our how measurements are taken page; material choices are compared on our galvanized vs. cold-rolled steel and lock systems pages. The technical specifications for this model are in the table below. After delivery, our warranty and service terms apply — see our care and lifespan page for how to protect the finish.

Frequently Asked Questions

How much does BD-TR112 cost?

There's no fixed price — since every leaf is manufactured to measure, the amount depends on size, cladding and lock choice. We send a written, itemized quote after the survey. We've broken down the line items on our steel door prices page.

Can the color of the BD-TR112 door be changed?

Yes. The light oak (knotty) finish shown is this model's catalog choice; it can be produced in other colors using compact laminate, composite, water-transfer or wood-effect cladding. We've compared the options on our cladding options page.

Can the glass be changed on the BD-TR112 model?

Yes. The glass shown is this model's catalog finish; it can be produced in a different color and pattern as long as Şişecam 5+5 mm laminated glass is used. A version without glass is also possible.

Do I need to take the measurement myself?

Our survey team measures on site. If you'd still like to understand the process, we've written up the three points we measure on our how measurements are taken page.

Frequently Asked Questions

What is the lead time for a custom villa door?

Production takes 20-25 days from the day the specification is approved. Custom detailing — carved cladding, oversized leaves, special glass — can extend that, and we confirm the date in writing before starting. Ocean freight time to the destination port is added on top.

How are steel doors packaged for sea freight export?

Each door is crated in a wooden case built to its own dimensions, with edge protection and corner blocks, then strapped to prevent movement inside the container. Full container loading is used for project quantities; single doors and small orders ship as groupage cargo.

What measurements do you need to quote?

The width, height and wall thickness of the rough opening, in millimetres or in inches — whichever your drawings use. Photographs of the opening from inside and outside help us confirm the swing direction and the frame detail. No site visit is needed.

Can you manufacture to imperial (inch) dimensions?

Yes. An opening given as 36 x 80 inches is manufactured to that dimension directly. Nothing is converted to a nearest metric size and rounded, so the door arrives at the size your drawing specifies.

Who installs the door at the destination?

Your own contractor. Every shipment includes an installation drawing and the frame fixing set, and the frame is designed to be set into the opening without special tooling.

What export documents travel with the shipment?

Commercial invoice, packing list and certificate of origin, plus whatever else the customs broker at the destination requires. Documentation is prepared before the container leaves the factory.
