BD-TR120 is a villa steel door model distinguished by its knotty light-oak lamella double leaf set within an anthracite frame. There's no standard size — the door opening is measured during the survey, and production follows that measurement. The finish shown in the photo is light oak (knotty) with anthracite-frame cladding.

Product Code: BD-TR120

Leaf and Glass Layout

The model is configured as a double leaf with narrow side glazing. The surface features horizontal lamellas. The surface is finished in light oak (knotty) with an anthracite frame.

The model features narrow vertical side glazing. It's finished with short horizontal stainless bar handles. Cladding and hardware aren't fixed; it can be produced with the alternatives on our cladding options page.

The design language is described as modern villa.

Suitable Entrances

It's most often used in detached-house and villa-entrance projects. It's designed for wide openings: the side sections both fill the required span and bring light into the entrance. The difference between the two types isn't just size — we've detailed it on our villa door vs. building entrance door page.

Production and Installation Process

Measurements are taken from the door opening, not the existing leaf — we've written up the step-by-step method on our how measurements are taken page. Frame, steel thickness, infill and lock specifications are listed in the feature table below. The steel choice is compared on our galvanized vs. cold-rolled steel page, and lock alternatives on our lock systems page. After delivery, our warranty and service terms apply — see our care and lifespan page for how to protect the finish.

Frequently Asked Questions

What's the price of the BD-TR120 model?

There's no fixed price — since every leaf is manufactured to measure, the amount depends on size, cladding and lock choice. We send a written, itemized quote after the survey. We've broken down the line items on our steel door prices page.

Can I have this model made in a color other than light oak (knotty) with an anthracite frame?

It can be. Light oak (knotty) with an anthracite frame is simply the finish shown in the photo, not a fixed choice — you can pick from the alternatives on our cladding options page.

Can the glass pattern be different?

Yes. The glass shown is this model's catalog finish; it can be produced in a different color and pattern as long as Şişecam 5+5 mm laminated glass is used. A version without glass is also possible.

How does the measuring stage work when ordering BD-TR120?

Our survey team measures on site. If you'd still like to understand the process, we've written up the three points we measure on our how measurements are taken page.

Frequently Asked Questions

What is the lead time for a custom villa door?

Production takes 20-25 days from the day the specification is approved. Custom detailing — carved cladding, oversized leaves, special glass — can extend that, and we confirm the date in writing before starting. Ocean freight time to the destination port is added on top.

How are steel doors packaged for sea freight export?

Each door is crated in a wooden case built to its own dimensions, with edge protection and corner blocks, then strapped to prevent movement inside the container. Full container loading is used for project quantities; single doors and small orders ship as groupage cargo.

What measurements do you need to quote?

The width, height and wall thickness of the rough opening, in millimetres or in inches — whichever your drawings use. Photographs of the opening from inside and outside help us confirm the swing direction and the frame detail. No site visit is needed.

Can you manufacture to imperial (inch) dimensions?

Yes. An opening given as 36 x 80 inches is manufactured to that dimension directly. Nothing is converted to a nearest metric size and rounded, so the door arrives at the size your drawing specifies.

Who installs the door at the destination?

Your own contractor. Every shipment includes an installation drawing and the frame fixing set, and the frame is designed to be set into the opening without special tooling.

What export documents travel with the shipment?

Commercial invoice, packing list and certificate of origin, plus whatever else the customs broker at the destination requires. Documentation is prepared before the container leaves the factory.
