A black frame, a russet-orange horizontal-lamella leaf, and narrow grille-pattern side glazing. It's listed in the catalog under the code BD-TR37. There's no standard size — the door opening is measured during the survey, and production follows that measurement. The catalog finish is russet-orange wood with a black frame.

Product Code: BD-TR37

Glass and Surface Details

The leaf structure is a single leaf with a narrow side glass panel. The leaf surface is worked in horizontal lamellas. The finish is russet-orange wood with a black frame.

The glazing takes the form of narrow, grille-pattern side glass. A long vertical handle was chosen for this model. Cladding and hardware aren't fixed; it can be produced with the alternatives on our cladding options page.

The design language is described as modern villa.

Which Entrances Suit It?

It's most often used in house-with-garden and villa-entrance projects. Because the side sections widen the opening, this suits broad-fronted entrances rather than narrow ones — and it brings daylight into the hall as well. We've compared where a villa door and a building entrance door part ways on our villa door vs. building entrance door page.

Measurement, Production and Installation

Production starts with an on-site measurement. How the door opening is measured is covered on our how measurements are taken page; material choices are compared on our galvanized vs. cold-rolled steel and lock systems pages. The technical specifications for this model are in the table below. After installation, our care and lifespan and warranty and service terms apply.

Frequently Asked Questions

What's the price of the BD-TR37 model?

We can't quote a price before measuring. The size of the door opening, along with the cladding, glass and lock you choose, directly affects the amount; the survey is free, and an itemized quote follows. See our steel door prices page for details.

Can I have this model made in a color other than russet-orange wood with a black frame?

It can be. Russet-orange wood with a black frame is simply the finish shown in the photo, not a fixed choice — you can pick from the alternatives on our cladding options page.

Can the glass be changed on the BD-TR37 model?

Yes. The glass shown is this model's catalog finish; it can be produced in a different color and pattern as long as Şişecam 5+5 mm laminated glass is used. A version without glass is also possible.

Do I need to take the measurement myself?

Our survey team measures on site. If you'd still like to understand the process, we've written up the three points we measure on our how measurements are taken page.

How can I order the BD-TR37 model?

You can fill out the pre-order form on the site, or reach us at 0532 689 21 46. Mentioning the BD-TR37 product code in your request speeds up the process. You can browse other villa steel door models on our villa steel door models page.

Frequently Asked Questions

What is the lead time for a custom villa door?

Production takes 20-25 days from the day the specification is approved. Custom detailing — carved cladding, oversized leaves, special glass — can extend that, and we confirm the date in writing before starting. Ocean freight time to the destination port is added on top.

How are steel doors packaged for sea freight export?

Each door is crated in a wooden case built to its own dimensions, with edge protection and corner blocks, then strapped to prevent movement inside the container. Full container loading is used for project quantities; single doors and small orders ship as groupage cargo.

What measurements do you need to quote?

The width, height and wall thickness of the rough opening, in millimetres or in inches — whichever your drawings use. Photographs of the opening from inside and outside help us confirm the swing direction and the frame detail. No site visit is needed.

Can you manufacture to imperial (inch) dimensions?

Yes. An opening given as 36 x 80 inches is manufactured to that dimension directly. Nothing is converted to a nearest metric size and rounded, so the door arrives at the size your drawing specifies.

Who installs the door at the destination?

Your own contractor. Every shipment includes an installation drawing and the frame fixing set, and the frame is designed to be set into the opening without special tooling.

What export documents travel with the shipment?

Commercial invoice, packing list and certificate of origin, plus whatever else the customs broker at the destination requires. Documentation is prepared before the container leaves the factory.
