This villa steel door model carries the code BD-TR21: a horizontally lined red walnut leaf flanked by wrought-iron stained-glass side lights and lantern sconces. Production begins after the order: an on-site survey comes first, and the leaf is manufactured to match the door opening. The photo shows the red walnut finish.
Product Code: BD-TR21
Glass and Surface Details
The model is configured as a single leaf with double side-lights. The surface treatment takes the form of horizontal lines. Red walnut is applied as the color.
The glass section takes the form of wrought-iron, stained-glass-patterned side lights. A long stainless steel handle was chosen for this model. Color, pattern, and handle selection can all be adjusted to fit the project; we compare the options on our finish options page.
The design language is best described as modern-classic villa.
Suitable Entrances
It is typically used in detached house and residence apartment projects. The side panels allow wide door openings to be filled with a single, unified configuration. The difference between these two door types goes beyond size alone; we detail it on our villa door vs. building entrance door page.
Production and Installation Process
Production begins with an on-site measurement. How the door opening is measured is explained on our how to measure page; material choices are covered on our galvanized vs. DKP steel and lock systems pages. The technical specifications for this model are given in the table below. Maintenance steps that extend the door's lifespan are covered on our maintenance and lifespan page, and coverage details are on our warranty and service page.
Frequently Asked Questions
How is the price determined for BD-TR21?
We can't quote a price before measuring. The size of the door opening, along with the finish, glass, and lock you choose, directly affects the cost; the survey is free and is followed by an itemized quote. For details, see our steel door prices page.
Can I have this model made in a color other than red walnut?
Yes, the color is not fixed. The catalog shows red walnut, but the finish is chosen to match your project; on our finish options page we explain which surface works best where.
Can the glass pattern be different?
Yes. The glass shown is the catalog finish for this model; it can be produced in a different color and pattern as long as Şişecam 5+5 mm laminated glass is used. Production without glass is also possible.
Do I need to take the measurement myself?
Our survey team measures on site. If you'd still like to understand the process, we explain the three key points we measure on our how to measure page.
How do I get a quote for BD-TR21?

Frequently Asked Questions
What is the lead time for a custom villa door?
Production takes 20-25 days from the day the specification is approved. Custom detailing — carved cladding, oversized leaves, special glass — can extend that, and we confirm the date in writing before starting. Ocean freight time to the destination port is added on top.
How are steel doors packaged for sea freight export?
Each door is crated in a wooden case built to its own dimensions, with edge protection and corner blocks, then strapped to prevent movement inside the container. Full container loading is used for project quantities; single doors and small orders ship as groupage cargo.
What measurements do you need to quote?
The width, height and wall thickness of the rough opening, in millimetres or in inches — whichever your drawings use. Photographs of the opening from inside and outside help us confirm the swing direction and the frame detail. No site visit is needed.
Can you manufacture to imperial (inch) dimensions?
Yes. An opening given as 36 x 80 inches is manufactured to that dimension directly. Nothing is converted to a nearest metric size and rounded, so the door arrives at the size your drawing specifies.
Who installs the door at the destination?
Your own contractor. Every shipment includes an installation drawing and the frame fixing set, and the frame is designed to be set into the opening without special tooling.
What export documents travel with the shipment?
Commercial invoice, packing list and certificate of origin, plus whatever else the customs broker at the destination requires. Documentation is prepared before the container leaves the factory.
