A honey-toned horizontal-slat leaf in a black frame, with narrow vertical glass panels. It appears in our catalog under the code BD-TR69. Like every door we make, this model is built to measure — there's no ready-made leaf held in stock. The photo shows the orange-honey wood with a black frame finish.

Product Code: BD-TR69

Surface and Glass Panel

The model is configured as a single leaf with double side glass panels. The surface treatment is horizontal slats with black vertical bands. The surface is finished in orange-honey wood with a black frame.

The glass section consists of narrow vertical side panels. The model uses a concealed handle. The finish shown is simply the catalog's default — a different finish can be chosen from the finish options.

The design language is best described as modern villa.

Suitable Entrances

It's primarily chosen for residence apartments and detached houses. Because the side sections widen the opening, it suits wide-fronted entrances rather than narrow ones — and it lets daylight into the hall as well. The difference between the two door types isn't just size — we go into detail on the villa doors vs. building entrance doors page.

Production and Installation Process

We take the measurement during the survey — it's based on the door opening, not the existing leaf; the method is explained on the how we take the measurement page. You'll find this model's frame, leaf, and lock specifications in the table below; the lock systems and galvanized vs. cold-rolled steel pages go into the options in more detail. After installation, the maintenance and lifespan guidance and warranty and service terms apply.

Frequently Asked Questions

How is the price of BD-TR69 determined?

We don't publish a list price, because every door is built to measure. The final amount depends on the size of the door opening, the finish, glass, and lock you choose. After a free on-site survey, we provide a written, itemized quote — we explain what drives the price on the steel door prices page.

Can I order this model in a color other than orange-honey wood with a black frame?

Yes. The orange-honey wood with a black frame finish shown is the catalog's default choice; the model can also be produced in other colors using compact laminate, composite, water-transfer, or wood-effect finishes. We compare the options on the finish options page.

Can the glass pattern be different?

Yes. The glass shown is the catalog's default for this model; as long as Şişecam 5+5 mm laminated glass is used, it can be produced in different colors and patterns. Production without glass is also possible.

How does the measurement stage work when ordering BD-TR69?

Our survey team measures on site. If you'd still like to know how it works, we've explained on the how we take the measurement page which three points we measure.

How do I get a quote for BD-TR69?

You can fill out the pre-order form on the site, or call us at 0532 689 21 46. Mentioning the BD-TR69 product code in your request speeds things up. You can browse other models on the villa steel door models page.

Frequently Asked Questions

What is the lead time for a custom villa door?

Production takes 20-25 days from the day the specification is approved. Custom detailing — carved cladding, oversized leaves, special glass — can extend that, and we confirm the date in writing before starting. Ocean freight time to the destination port is added on top.

How are steel doors packaged for sea freight export?

Each door is crated in a wooden case built to its own dimensions, with edge protection and corner blocks, then strapped to prevent movement inside the container. Full container loading is used for project quantities; single doors and small orders ship as groupage cargo.

What measurements do you need to quote?

The width, height and wall thickness of the rough opening, in millimetres or in inches — whichever your drawings use. Photographs of the opening from inside and outside help us confirm the swing direction and the frame detail. No site visit is needed.

Can you manufacture to imperial (inch) dimensions?

Yes. An opening given as 36 x 80 inches is manufactured to that dimension directly. Nothing is converted to a nearest metric size and rounded, so the door arrives at the size your drawing specifies.

Who installs the door at the destination?

Your own contractor. Every shipment includes an installation drawing and the frame fixing set, and the frame is designed to be set into the opening without special tooling.

What export documents travel with the shipment?

Commercial invoice, packing list and certificate of origin, plus whatever else the customs broker at the destination requires. Documentation is prepared before the container leaves the factory.
