An anthracite vertical band splits an orange horizontal-slat leaf, beside a narrow side glass panel — that's what sets the BD-TR74 villa steel door apart. There's no standard size — the door opening is measured during the survey, and production follows that measurement. The finish in the photo is orange wood with an anthracite frame cladding.

Product Code: BD-TR74

Surface and Glass Panel

The model is configured as a single leaf with a side glass panel. The surface has horizontal slats and a vertical anthracite band. Orange wood with an anthracite frame is applied as the color.

The model has a narrow vertical side glass panel. The model features a long vertical stainless steel handle. The finish shown is simply the catalog's default — a different finish can be chosen from the finish options.

The design language is best described as modern villa.

Where Is It Used?

Detached houses and houses with gardens are the typical settings for this model. Thanks to the side sections, wide door openings can be covered with a single configuration. The difference between the two door types isn't just size — we go into detail on the villa doors vs. building entrance doors page.

Production and Installation Process

Production starts with an on-site measurement. How the measurement is taken from the door opening is covered on the how we take the measurement page; material choices are covered on the galvanized vs. cold-rolled steel and lock systems pages. The technical specifications for this model are in the table below. The maintenance steps that extend the door's lifespan are on the maintenance and lifespan page, and the coverage details are on the warranty and service page.

Frequently Asked Questions

How much does BD-TR74 cost?

We don't publish a list price, because every door is built to measure. The final amount depends on the size of the door opening, the finish, glass, and lock you choose. After a free on-site survey, we provide a written, itemized quote — we explain what drives the price on the steel door prices page.

Can I order this model in a color other than orange wood with an anthracite frame?

It can be. Orange wood with an anthracite frame is simply the finish shown in the photo, not a fixed choice — you can pick from the alternatives on the finish options page.

Can the glass pattern be different?

Yes. The glass shown is the catalog's default for this model; as long as Şişecam 5+5 mm laminated glass is used, it can be produced in different colors and patterns. Production without glass is also possible.

How is the measurement taken for BD-TR74?

Taking the measurement is our job. We measure the clear width of the door opening, the height from the finished floor, and the wall thickness; the details are on the how we take the measurement page.

How do I get a quote for BD-TR74?

You can fill out the pre-order form on the site, or call us at 0532 689 21 46. Mentioning the BD-TR74 product code in your request speeds things up. You can browse other models on the villa steel door models page.

Frequently Asked Questions

What is the lead time for a custom villa door?

Production takes 20-25 days from the day the specification is approved. Custom detailing — carved cladding, oversized leaves, special glass — can extend that, and we confirm the date in writing before starting. Ocean freight time to the destination port is added on top.

How are steel doors packaged for sea freight export?

Each door is crated in a wooden case built to its own dimensions, with edge protection and corner blocks, then strapped to prevent movement inside the container. Full container loading is used for project quantities; single doors and small orders ship as groupage cargo.

What measurements do you need to quote?

The width, height and wall thickness of the rough opening, in millimetres or in inches — whichever your drawings use. Photographs of the opening from inside and outside help us confirm the swing direction and the frame detail. No site visit is needed.

Can you manufacture to imperial (inch) dimensions?

Yes. An opening given as 36 x 80 inches is manufactured to that dimension directly. Nothing is converted to a nearest metric size and rounded, so the door arrives at the size your drawing specifies.

Who installs the door at the destination?

Your own contractor. Every shipment includes an installation drawing and the frame fixing set, and the frame is designed to be set into the opening without special tooling.

What export documents travel with the shipment?

Commercial invoice, packing list and certificate of origin, plus whatever else the customs broker at the destination requires. Documentation is prepared before the container leaves the factory.
