Product Code: BD-TR100

Classic Surface Craftsmanship

It is built as a single leaf with twin side panels. The surface work takes the form of nested rectangular panels. The surface is finished in anthracite gray.

This model uses a recessed pull. Color, pattern, and handle choices can be adapted to your project; the options are compared on the cladding options page.

Its design language is best described as modern-classic villa.

Where Is It Used?

It is typically used in detached homes and residence apartments. Thanks to the side sections, wide door openings are closed with a single composition. The difference between the two types goes beyond size; we cover the details on the villa door vs. building entrance door page.

Production and Installation Process

Production starts with measurements taken on site. How measurements are taken from the door opening is covered on the how measurements are taken page; material choices are covered on the galvanized or DKP sheet and lock systems pages. This model's technical values are in the table below. After installation, our care and lifespan and warranty and service terms apply.

Frequently Asked Questions

How much does the BD-TR100 model cost?

We cannot quote a price before measuring. The size of the door opening and your choice of cladding, glass, and lock directly affect the total; the survey is free, and an itemized quote follows. See steel door prices for details.

Can the BD-TR100's color be changed?

Yes. The anthracite gray finish shown is this model's catalog choice; it can be produced in other colors with compact laminate, composite, marine plywood, and wood cladding options. We compare them on the cladding options page.

How are measurements taken for the BD-TR100?

Measuring is our job. We measure the clear width of the door opening, its height from the finished floor, and the wall thickness; the details are on the how measurements are taken page.

Frequently Asked Questions

What is the lead time for a custom villa door?

Production takes 20-25 days from the day the specification is approved. Custom detailing — carved cladding, oversized leaves, special glass — can extend that, and we confirm the date in writing before starting. Ocean freight time to the destination port is added on top.

How are steel doors packaged for sea freight export?

Each door is crated in a wooden case built to its own dimensions, with edge protection and corner blocks, then strapped to prevent movement inside the container. Full container loading is used for project quantities; single doors and small orders ship as groupage cargo.

What measurements do you need to quote?

The width, height and wall thickness of the rough opening, in millimetres or in inches — whichever your drawings use. Photographs of the opening from inside and outside help us confirm the swing direction and the frame detail. No site visit is needed.

Can you manufacture to imperial (inch) dimensions?

Yes. An opening given as 36 x 80 inches is manufactured to that dimension directly. Nothing is converted to a nearest metric size and rounded, so the door arrives at the size your drawing specifies.

Who installs the door at the destination?

Your own contractor. Every shipment includes an installation drawing and the frame fixing set, and the frame is designed to be set into the opening without special tooling.

What export documents travel with the shipment?

Commercial invoice, packing list and certificate of origin, plus whatever else the customs broker at the destination requires. Documentation is prepared before the container leaves the factory.
