A gray-beige double leaf with divided windows above and panels below. It appears in our catalogue under code BD-TR32. There is no standard size — the door opening is measured during the site survey and the door is built to that measurement. The image shows the gray-beige finish.

Product Code: BD-TR32

Glass and Surface Details

The model is configured as a double leaf. The surface detailing consists of panels on the lower section. The color applied is gray-beige.

The glazing is resolved as divided windows in the upper section. It is completed with a long stainless steel pull. Color, pattern and handle choices can be tailored to your project; the cladding options page compares the alternatives.

The design language is defined as modern-classic villa.

Suitable Entrances

Detached homes and villa entrances are this model's typical settings. Because the side sections widen the assembly, it suits wide-fronted entrances rather than narrow ones — and brings daylight into the entrance hall. The difference between these two door types is not just size; we cover it in detail on the villa door vs. building entrance door page.

Measurement, Production and Installation

Measurements are taken from the door opening, not the existing leaf; we explain the process step by step on the how measurements are taken page. Frame, sheet thickness, infill and lock values are listed in the specification table below. Sheet steel choices are compared on the galvanized or DKP sheet steel page and lock alternatives on the lock systems page. After installation, our care and lifespan guidance and warranty and service terms apply.

Frequently Asked Questions

How much does the BD-TR32 model cost?

We do not publish list prices, because every door is made to measure. The cost is determined by the size of the door opening and the cladding, glass and lock you choose. After a free site survey we provide a written, itemized quote; we explain what drives the price on the steel door prices page.

Can I order this model in a color other than gray-beige?

Yes. The gray-beige finish in the image is this model's catalogue selection; it can be produced in different colors with compact laminate, composite, marine plywood and wood veneer options. We compare them on the cladding options page.

Can the glass pattern be different?

Yes. The glass in the image is this model's catalogue finish; it can be produced in different colors and patterns, provided Şişecam 5+5 mm laminated glass is used. The door can also be made without glass.

Do I need to take the measurements myself?

We take the measurements during the site survey; nothing is required from you. Measurements come from the door opening, not the existing leaf — we describe the method on the how measurements are taken page.

Frequently Asked Questions

What is the lead time for a custom villa door?

Production takes 20-25 days from the day the specification is approved. Custom detailing — carved cladding, oversized leaves, special glass — can extend that, and we confirm the date in writing before starting. Ocean freight time to the destination port is added on top.

How are steel doors packaged for sea freight export?

Each door is crated in a wooden case built to its own dimensions, with edge protection and corner blocks, then strapped to prevent movement inside the container. Full container loading is used for project quantities; single doors and small orders ship as groupage cargo.

What measurements do you need to quote?

The width, height and wall thickness of the rough opening, in millimetres or in inches — whichever your drawings use. Photographs of the opening from inside and outside help us confirm the swing direction and the frame detail. No site visit is needed.

Can you manufacture to imperial (inch) dimensions?

Yes. An opening given as 36 x 80 inches is manufactured to that dimension directly. Nothing is converted to a nearest metric size and rounded, so the door arrives at the size your drawing specifies.

Who installs the door at the destination?

Your own contractor. Every shipment includes an installation drawing and the frame fixing set, and the frame is designed to be set into the opening without special tooling.

What export documents travel with the shipment?

Commercial invoice, packing list and certificate of origin, plus whatever else the customs broker at the destination requires. Documentation is prepared before the container leaves the factory.
