This villa steel door model carries the code BD-TR124: three square stainless steel framed windows arranged vertically on a dark walnut body. Like every door we make, this model is produced to measure; leaves are never supplied ready-made from stock. The finish in the photo is dark walnut.

Product Code: BD-TR124

Surface and Glass Section

The model is configured as a single leaf. The surface carries a vertical grain texture. The surface is finished in dark walnut.

The glazing takes the form of three square stainless steel framed windows. A long vertical stainless steel handle is used. Color, pattern and handle choices can all be tailored to your project; the options are compared on our surface finish options page.

The design language is best described as modern villa.

Suitable Entrances

Detached homes and houses with gardens are where this model is typically used. The single-leaf layout adapts readily to conventional door openings. The difference between these two door types is not just size; we cover it in detail on the villa door vs. building entrance door page.

From Measurement to Installation

Production begins with measurements taken on site. How we measure from the door opening is explained on the how measurements are taken page; material choices are covered on the galvanized or DKP sheet steel and lock systems pages. The technical specifications for this model are in the table below. The care steps that extend the door's life are on the care and lifespan page, and the coverage terms on the warranty and service page.

Frequently Asked Questions

How is the price of the BD-TR124 determined?

We cannot quote a price before measuring. The size of the door opening and your choice of finish, glass and lock all directly affect the total; the survey is free, and an itemized quotation follows. See our steel door prices page for details.

Can the BD-TR124 be produced in a different color?

Yes. The dark walnut finish in the image is simply this model's catalog choice; it can be produced in other colors with compact laminate, composite, marine plywood or wood veneer finishes. We compare them on our surface finish options page.

Can the glass have a different pattern?

Yes. The glass in the image is this model's catalog finish; provided Şişecam 5+5 mm laminated glass is used, it can be produced in different colors and patterns. It can also be produced without glass.

Do I need to take the measurements myself?

Measuring is our job. We measure the clear width of the door opening, its height from the finished floor and the wall thickness; the details are on the how measurements are taken page.

Frequently Asked Questions

What is the lead time for a custom villa door?

Production takes 20-25 days from the day the specification is approved. Custom detailing — carved cladding, oversized leaves, special glass — can extend that, and we confirm the date in writing before starting. Ocean freight time to the destination port is added on top.

How are steel doors packaged for sea freight export?

Each door is crated in a wooden case built to its own dimensions, with edge protection and corner blocks, then strapped to prevent movement inside the container. Full container loading is used for project quantities; single doors and small orders ship as groupage cargo.

What measurements do you need to quote?

The width, height and wall thickness of the rough opening, in millimetres or in inches — whichever your drawings use. Photographs of the opening from inside and outside help us confirm the swing direction and the frame detail. No site visit is needed.

Can you manufacture to imperial (inch) dimensions?

Yes. An opening given as 36 x 80 inches is manufactured to that dimension directly. Nothing is converted to a nearest metric size and rounded, so the door arrives at the size your drawing specifies.

Who installs the door at the destination?

Your own contractor. Every shipment includes an installation drawing and the frame fixing set, and the frame is designed to be set into the opening without special tooling.

What export documents travel with the shipment?

Commercial invoice, packing list and certificate of origin, plus whatever else the customs broker at the destination requires. Documentation is prepared before the container leaves the factory.
