A vivid yellow six-panel design with a contrasting black knocker and handle. It appears in our catalog under code BD-TR40. It is made entirely to measure; whatever the width and height of your entrance, the leaf is produced to match.

Product Code: BD-TR40

Leaf and Glass Layout

The door is configured as a single leaf with two side glass panels. The leaf carries a six-panel layout. The catalog color is vivid yellow.

The glazing is arranged as narrow vertical side glass. A black knocker and handle were chosen for this model. Cladding and hardware are not fixed; the door can be produced with any of the alternatives on the cladding options page.

The design language is defined as classic villa.

Who Is This Model For?

Villa entrances and detached homes are this model's typical settings. Thanks to the side sections, wide door openings are closed with a single composition. We compare exactly where a villa door and a building entrance door part ways on the difference between villa doors and building entrance doors page.

Production and Installation Process

Measurements are taken from the door opening, not the existing leaf; the how measurements are taken page walks through it step by step. Frame, sheet-steel thickness, infill and lock specifications are listed in the table below. The choice of sheet steel is compared on the galvanized or DKP sheet steel page, and lock alternatives on the lock systems page. After installation, the care and lifespan and warranty and service terms apply.

Frequently Asked Questions

How much is the BD-TR40?

We do not publish a list price, because each door is made to measure. The total is set by the size of the door opening and the cladding, glass and lock you select. After a free survey we provide a written quote broken down line by line; what moves the price is explained on the steel door prices page.

Can the color of the BD-TR40 be changed?

It can. Vivid yellow is only the finish in the photo, not a fixed choice — you can pick from the alternatives on the cladding options page.

Can the glass in the BD-TR40 be changed?

Yes. The glass shown is this model's catalog finish; provided Şişecam 5+5 mm laminated glass is used, it can be produced in different colors and patterns. It can also be made without glass.

Do I need to take the measurements myself?

We take the measurements during the survey; nothing is required on your part. Measurements come from the door opening, not the existing leaf — the method is described on the how measurements are taken page.

How can I order the BD-TR40?

You can fill in the pre-order form on our site or call us on 0532 689 21 46. Mentioning product code BD-TR40 in your request speeds the process up. You can browse other villa steel door models on the villa steel door models page.

Frequently Asked Questions

What is the lead time for a custom villa door?

Production takes 20-25 days from the day the specification is approved. Custom detailing — carved cladding, oversized leaves, special glass — can extend that, and we confirm the date in writing before starting. Ocean freight time to the destination port is added on top.

How are steel doors packaged for sea freight export?

Each door is crated in a wooden case built to its own dimensions, with edge protection and corner blocks, then strapped to prevent movement inside the container. Full container loading is used for project quantities; single doors and small orders ship as groupage cargo.

What measurements do you need to quote?

The width, height and wall thickness of the rough opening, in millimetres or in inches — whichever your drawings use. Photographs of the opening from inside and outside help us confirm the swing direction and the frame detail. No site visit is needed.

Can you manufacture to imperial (inch) dimensions?

Yes. An opening given as 36 x 80 inches is manufactured to that dimension directly. Nothing is converted to a nearest metric size and rounded, so the door arrives at the size your drawing specifies.

Who installs the door at the destination?

Your own contractor. Every shipment includes an installation drawing and the frame fixing set, and the frame is designed to be set into the opening without special tooling.

What export documents travel with the shipment?

Commercial invoice, packing list and certificate of origin, plus whatever else the customs broker at the destination requires. Documentation is prepared before the container leaves the factory.
