The anthracite and walnut two-tone pivot door with side glass, code BY-329, is a made-to-measure pivot steel door. There is no standard size — the door opening is measured during the survey and production follows that measurement. The finish in the photo is anthracite.

Product Code: BY-329

Pattern and Color

The model is configured as a single leaf. The leaf is designed with a walnut transition and side glass. The surface is finished in anthracite.

The finish in the image is the catalog choice — a different cladding can be selected from the cladding options page.

The design language is defined as modern pivot.

Suitable Entrances

Hotel and showroom entrances and office and plaza entrances are this model's typical settings. The single-leaf format adapts directly to conventional door openings. Because the weight rests on the floor rather than on hinges, the leaf can be far wider and thicker. Since it requires swing clearance, it is not suited to narrow entrances that open directly onto a staircase; the conditions are listed on the when to choose a pivot door page.

Production and Installation Process

Measurements are taken from the door opening, not the existing leaf; the how measurements are taken page walks through it step by step. Frame, sheet-steel thickness, infill and lock specifications are listed in the table below. The choice of sheet steel is compared on the galvanized or DKP sheet steel page, and lock alternatives on the lock systems page. Maintenance steps that extend the door's life are on the care and lifespan page, and what is covered is on the warranty and service page.

Frequently Asked Questions

How is the price of the BY-329 determined?

There is no fixed price — since every leaf is made to measure, the total depends on the dimensions, the cladding and the lock you choose. After the survey we send a written, itemized quote. The line items are detailed on the steel door prices page.

Can the color of the BY-329 be changed?

Yes. The anthracite finish in the image is this model's catalog choice; it can be produced in other colors with compact laminate, composite, marine plywood and wood veneer options. We compare them on the cladding options page.

Do I need to take the measurements myself?

We take the measurements during the survey; nothing is required on your part. Measurements come from the door opening, not the existing leaf — the method is described on the how measurements are taken page.

How do I get a quote for the BY-329?

You can fill in the pre-order form on our site or call us on 0532 689 21 46. Mentioning product code BY-329 in your request speeds the process up. You can browse other pivot steel door models on the pivot steel door models page.

Frequently Asked Questions

What is the lead time for a custom villa door?

Production takes 20-25 days from the day the specification is approved. Custom detailing — carved cladding, oversized leaves, special glass — can extend that, and we confirm the date in writing before starting. Ocean freight time to the destination port is added on top.

How are steel doors packaged for sea freight export?

Each door is crated in a wooden case built to its own dimensions, with edge protection and corner blocks, then strapped to prevent movement inside the container. Full container loading is used for project quantities; single doors and small orders ship as groupage cargo.

What measurements do you need to quote?

The width, height and wall thickness of the rough opening, in millimetres or in inches — whichever your drawings use. Photographs of the opening from inside and outside help us confirm the swing direction and the frame detail. No site visit is needed.

Can you manufacture to imperial (inch) dimensions?

Yes. An opening given as 36 x 80 inches is manufactured to that dimension directly. Nothing is converted to a nearest metric size and rounded, so the door arrives at the size your drawing specifies.

Who installs the door at the destination?

Your own contractor. Every shipment includes an installation drawing and the frame fixing set, and the frame is designed to be set into the opening without special tooling.

What export documents travel with the shipment?

Commercial invoice, packing list and certificate of origin, plus whatever else the customs broker at the destination requires. Documentation is prepared before the container leaves the factory.
