A light-wood horizontal-slat pivot leaf beside a black-framed, divided glass panel — that's what sets the TR301 pivot steel door apart. Production starts only after an order is placed: an on-site survey comes first, and the leaf is then manufactured to fit the door opening. The finish in the photo is light wood cladding.
Product Code: TR301
Glass, Transom, and Surface
It is manufactured as a single pivot leaf with a divided side glass panel. The surface has horizontal slats. The surface is finished in light wood.
The glass layout is a black-framed, divided side panel. There is a glazed transom window above. A long vertical handle is used. The finish shown is simply the catalog's default — a different finish can be chosen from the finish options.
The design language is best described as modern pivot.
Suitable Entrances
Office and plaza entrances and villa entrances are the typical settings for this model. Thanks to the side sections, wide door openings can be covered with a single configuration. Because the pivot system transfers the leaf's weight to the floor, it can carry a taller, heavier leaf than a hinged door could. Since the leaf sweeps space in front of and behind it as it turns, the entrance needs to allow for that clearance — details are on the when a pivot door makes sense page.
Production and Installation Process
The measurement is taken from the door opening, not the existing leaf; we've written out the step-by-step method on the how we take the measurement page. The frame, sheet-metal thickness, infill, and lock specifications are listed in the table below. The sheet-metal choice is compared on the galvanized vs. cold-rolled steel page, and lock alternatives on the lock systems page. After delivery, the warranty and service coverage applies; see the maintenance and lifespan page for how to protect the finish.
Frequently Asked Questions
How is the price of TR301 determined?
We don't publish a list price, because every door is built to measure. The final amount depends on the size of the door opening, the finish, glass, and lock you choose. After a free on-site survey, we provide a written, itemized quote — we explain what drives the price on the steel door prices page.
Can TR301 be made in a different color?
Yes. The light wood finish shown is the catalog's default choice; the model can also be produced in other colors using compact laminate, composite, water-transfer, or wood-effect finishes. We compare the options on the finish options page.
Can the glass pattern be different?
Yes. The glass shown is the catalog's default for this model; as long as Şişecam 5+5 mm laminated glass is used, it can be produced in different colors and patterns. Production without glass is also possible.
How does the measurement stage work when ordering TR301?
Our survey team measures on site. If you'd still like to know how it works, we've explained on the how we take the measurement page which three points we measure.
How do I get a quote for TR301?
You can fill out the pre-order form on the site, or call us at 0532 689 21 46. Mentioning the TR301 product code in your request speeds things up. You can browse other models on the pivot steel door models page.

Frequently Asked Questions
What is the lead time for a custom villa door?
Production takes 20-25 days from the day the specification is approved. Custom detailing — carved cladding, oversized leaves, special glass — can extend that, and we confirm the date in writing before starting. Ocean freight time to the destination port is added on top.
How are steel doors packaged for sea freight export?
Each door is crated in a wooden case built to its own dimensions, with edge protection and corner blocks, then strapped to prevent movement inside the container. Full container loading is used for project quantities; single doors and small orders ship as groupage cargo.
What measurements do you need to quote?
The width, height and wall thickness of the rough opening, in millimetres or in inches — whichever your drawings use. Photographs of the opening from inside and outside help us confirm the swing direction and the frame detail. No site visit is needed.
Can you manufacture to imperial (inch) dimensions?
Yes. An opening given as 36 x 80 inches is manufactured to that dimension directly. Nothing is converted to a nearest metric size and rounded, so the door arrives at the size your drawing specifies.
Who installs the door at the destination?
Your own contractor. Every shipment includes an installation drawing and the frame fixing set, and the frame is designed to be set into the opening without special tooling.
What export documents travel with the shipment?
Commercial invoice, packing list and certificate of origin, plus whatever else the customs broker at the destination requires. Documentation is prepared before the container leaves the factory.
