The TR300 horizontal wood honey-toned pivot steel door is produced as a honey-toned pivot leaf with a horizontal lamella texture, with narrow vertical glass alongside. Like every door we make, this model is produced to custom measurements; no ready-made leaf is supplied from stock.

Product Code: TR300

Leaf, Glass, and Pediment

The leaf configuration is a single pivot leaf with a side glass panel. The leaf shows a horizontal wood lamella texture. The catalog color is a honey wood tone.

The glass section is a narrow vertical side glass. A glazed transom window sits above. This model uses a recessed handle. The color, pattern, and handle can be adjusted to suit the project; the options are compared on our coating options page.

The design language is best described as modern pivot.

Who Is This Model For?

It is typically used for villa entrances and wide-fronted detached houses. It is designed for wide openings: the side sections both fill the width and bring extra light into the entrance. Because the load rests on the floor pivot rather than on hinges, the leaf can be considerably wider and thicker. Since it needs clearance to swing, it isn't suitable for narrow entrances that open directly onto a staircase; the conditions are listed on our when to choose a pivot door page.

Measurement, Production, and Installation

We take the measurement during the site survey — it's based on the door opening, not the existing leaf; the method is explained on our how measurements are taken page. You'll find this model's frame, leaf, and lock specifications in the table below; our lock systems and galvanized vs. DKP steel pages break down the options. Our maintenance and lifespan and warranty and service terms apply after installation.

Frequently Asked Questions

How much does the model with code TR300 cost?

The price can't be quoted without a measurement. The size of the door opening, the finish, the glass, and the lock you choose directly affect the cost; the site survey is free, and a detailed quote follows. See our steel door prices page for details.

Can the color of the TR300 door be changed?

Yes, it can. Honey-toned wood is simply the finish shown in the photo, not a fixed option — you can choose from the alternatives on our coating options page.

Can the glass be changed on the TR300 model?

Yes. The glass shown is this model's catalog finish; using Şişecam 5+5 mm laminated glass, it can be produced in different colors and patterns. A version without glass is also possible.

How is the measurement taken for TR300?

We take the measurement during the site survey; nothing is expected from you. The measurement is taken from the door opening, not the existing leaf — we explain the method on our how measurements are taken page.

How can I order the model with code TR300?

You can fill out the pre-order form on our site or call us at 0532 689 21 46. Mentioning the TR300 product code speeds up the process. You can browse other pivot steel door models on our pivot steel door models page.

Frequently Asked Questions

What is the lead time for a custom villa door?

Production takes 20-25 days from the day the specification is approved. Custom detailing — carved cladding, oversized leaves, special glass — can extend that, and we confirm the date in writing before starting. Ocean freight time to the destination port is added on top.

How are steel doors packaged for sea freight export?

Each door is crated in a wooden case built to its own dimensions, with edge protection and corner blocks, then strapped to prevent movement inside the container. Full container loading is used for project quantities; single doors and small orders ship as groupage cargo.

What measurements do you need to quote?

The width, height and wall thickness of the rough opening, in millimetres or in inches — whichever your drawings use. Photographs of the opening from inside and outside help us confirm the swing direction and the frame detail. No site visit is needed.

Can you manufacture to imperial (inch) dimensions?

Yes. An opening given as 36 x 80 inches is manufactured to that dimension directly. Nothing is converted to a nearest metric size and rounded, so the door arrives at the size your drawing specifies.

Who installs the door at the destination?

Your own contractor. Every shipment includes an installation drawing and the frame fixing set, and the frame is designed to be set into the opening without special tooling.

What export documents travel with the shipment?

Commercial invoice, packing list and certificate of origin, plus whatever else the customs broker at the destination requires. Documentation is prepared before the container leaves the factory.
