A vertical louvered dark walnut pivot leaf rising through two stories. It is listed in our catalog under code TR303. It has no standard size — the door opening is measured during the survey and the door is built to that measurement. The image shows the dark walnut finish.
Product Code: TR303
Glass and Surface Details
The model is configured as a single pivot leaf of exceptional height. The surface is worked with a vertical louver texture. The color applied is dark walnut.
The glazing takes the form of glass facades on both sides. A recessed handle completes it. Neither the surface finish nor the hardware is fixed; the door can be produced with any of the alternatives on our surface finish options page.
The design language is best described as modern pivot.
Where Is It Used?
It is typically used on hotel and showroom entrances and office and plaza entrances. Its single-leaf layout fits entrances of standard width. The leaf turns on bearings set into the floor and the head of the frame, making sizes possible that hinges could never carry. In return, it needs swing clearance in front of and behind the door. Our when to choose a pivot door page explains which entrances are suitable.
Measurement, Production and Installation
We take the measurements during the survey — working from the door opening, not the existing leaf; the method is explained on the how measurements are taken page. You will find this model's frame, leaf and lock specifications in the table below; the lock systems and galvanized or DKP sheet steel pages cover the options in detail. The care steps that extend the door's life are on the care and lifespan page, and the coverage terms on the warranty and service page.
Frequently Asked Questions
What does the TR303 cost?
We cannot quote a price before measuring. The size of the door opening and your choice of finish, glass and lock all directly affect the total; the survey is free, and an itemized quotation follows. See our steel door prices page for details.
Can the color of the TR303 door be changed?
Yes — the color is not fixed. Dark walnut is what appears in the catalog, but the finish is decided per project; on our surface finish options page we explain which surface works best where.
Can the glass have a different pattern?
Yes. The glass in the image is this model's catalog finish; provided Şişecam 5+5 mm laminated glass is used, it can be produced in different colors and patterns. It can also be produced without glass.
How is the TR303 measured?
We take the measurements during the survey; nothing is required on your side. Measurements come from the door opening, not the existing leaf — the method is described on our how measurements are taken page.

Frequently Asked Questions
What is the lead time for a custom villa door?
Production takes 20-25 days from the day the specification is approved. Custom detailing — carved cladding, oversized leaves, special glass — can extend that, and we confirm the date in writing before starting. Ocean freight time to the destination port is added on top.
How are steel doors packaged for sea freight export?
Each door is crated in a wooden case built to its own dimensions, with edge protection and corner blocks, then strapped to prevent movement inside the container. Full container loading is used for project quantities; single doors and small orders ship as groupage cargo.
What measurements do you need to quote?
The width, height and wall thickness of the rough opening, in millimetres or in inches — whichever your drawings use. Photographs of the opening from inside and outside help us confirm the swing direction and the frame detail. No site visit is needed.
Can you manufacture to imperial (inch) dimensions?
Yes. An opening given as 36 x 80 inches is manufactured to that dimension directly. Nothing is converted to a nearest metric size and rounded, so the door arrives at the size your drawing specifies.
Who installs the door at the destination?
Your own contractor. Every shipment includes an installation drawing and the frame fixing set, and the frame is designed to be set into the opening without special tooling.
What export documents travel with the shipment?
Commercial invoice, packing list and certificate of origin, plus whatever else the customs broker at the destination requires. Documentation is prepared before the container leaves the factory.
