Product Code: TR540
Leaf, Glass and Pediment
The leaf structure is a double leaf. The leaf surface carries a checkered grid texture. The finish is a honey-toned wood.
The glass section consists of narrow navy blue wrought iron windows. The upper section holds a navy blue transom window. A long, straight stainless steel pull serves as the handle. The finish in the image is the catalogue selection — a different cladding can be chosen from the cladding options.
The design language is defined as modern-classic.
Which Entrances Does It Suit?
It is typically used at commercial building entrances and in housing developments. Because the side sections widen the assembly, it suits wide-fronted entrances rather than narrow ones — and brings daylight into the entrance hall. We compare where villa doors and building entrance doors differ on the villa door vs. building entrance door page.
Production and Installation Process
Production starts with measurements taken on site. How the door opening is measured is covered on the how measurements are taken page; material choices are on the galvanized or DKP sheet steel and lock systems pages. This model's technical values are in the table below. After installation, our care and lifespan guidance and warranty and service terms apply.
Frequently Asked Questions
How much does the TR540 model cost?
We do not publish list prices, because every door is made to measure. The cost is determined by the size of the door opening and the cladding, glass and lock you choose. After a free site survey we provide a written, itemized quote; we explain what drives the price on the steel door prices page.
Can I order this model in a color other than honey-toned wood?
Yes, the color is not fixed. The catalogue shows honey-toned wood, but the cladding is decided per project; on the cladding options page we describe which surface works best where.
Can the glass in the TR540 be changed?
Yes. The glass in the image is this model's catalogue finish; it can be produced in different colors and patterns, provided Şişecam 5+5 mm laminated glass is used. The door can also be made without glass.
How are measurements taken for the TR540?
We take the measurements during the site survey; nothing is required from you. Measurements come from the door opening, not the existing leaf — we describe the method on the how measurements are taken page.
How can I order the TR540 model?
You can fill in the pre-order form on our site or call us on 0532 689 21 46. Mentioning product code TR540 in your request speeds things up. You can browse other building entrance door models on the building entrance door models page.

Frequently Asked Questions
What is the lead time for a custom villa door?
Production takes 20-25 days from the day the specification is approved. Custom detailing — carved cladding, oversized leaves, special glass — can extend that, and we confirm the date in writing before starting. Ocean freight time to the destination port is added on top.
How are steel doors packaged for sea freight export?
Each door is crated in a wooden case built to its own dimensions, with edge protection and corner blocks, then strapped to prevent movement inside the container. Full container loading is used for project quantities; single doors and small orders ship as groupage cargo.
What measurements do you need to quote?
The width, height and wall thickness of the rough opening, in millimetres or in inches — whichever your drawings use. Photographs of the opening from inside and outside help us confirm the swing direction and the frame detail. No site visit is needed.
Can you manufacture to imperial (inch) dimensions?
Yes. An opening given as 36 x 80 inches is manufactured to that dimension directly. Nothing is converted to a nearest metric size and rounded, so the door arrives at the size your drawing specifies.
Who installs the door at the destination?
Your own contractor. Every shipment includes an installation drawing and the frame fixing set, and the frame is designed to be set into the opening without special tooling.
What export documents travel with the shipment?
Commercial invoice, packing list and certificate of origin, plus whatever else the customs broker at the destination requires. Documentation is prepared before the container leaves the factory.
