TR336 is a pivot steel door model distinguished by its clean-lined light wood pivot leaf on a modern villa facade. Like every door we make, this model is produced to measure — no leaves are supplied from stock. The image shows the light wood finish.

Product Code: TR336

Glass and Surface Details

Produced as a pivot single leaf. The surface detailing is a plain flat face. The color applied is light wood.

The model features a glazed section to the side. It is completed with a slim stainless steel handle. Cladding and hardware are not fixed; the door can be produced with any of the alternatives on our cladding options page.

Its design language is defined as minimal pivot.

Where Is It Used?

Office and plaza entrances and wide-fronted detached houses are where this model is typically used. The monolithic leaf presents an uninterrupted surface from the outside. Because a pivot system transfers the leaf's weight to the floor, it can carry a taller, heavier leaf than a hinged door. As the leaf takes up space in front and behind while turning, the entrance must allow for that clearance — details on our when to choose a pivot door page.

Measurement, Production and Installation

Measurements are taken from the door opening, not the existing leaf; we describe the process step by step on our how to measure page. Frame, sheet thickness, infill and lock values are listed in the specification table below. Sheet steel choices are compared on the galvanized or DKP sheet steel page, lock alternatives on the lock systems page. After installation, the care and lifespan and warranty and service terms apply.

Frequently Asked Questions

How is the price of the TR336 determined?

There is no fixed price — since every leaf is made to measure, the total depends on the dimensions, the cladding and the lock you choose. After the survey we send a written, itemized quote. We break down the cost items on our steel door prices page.

Can I order this model in a color other than light wood?

Yes — the color is not fixed. The catalog shows light wood, but the cladding is decided per project; on our cladding options page we cover which surface works best where.

Can the glass pattern be different?

Yes. The glass shown is this model's catalog finish; it can be produced in different colors and patterns, provided Şişecam 5+5 mm laminated glass is used. A glassless version is also possible.

How is the TR336 measured?

Measuring is our job. We take the clear width of the opening, the height from the finished floor and the wall thickness; details on our how to measure page.

Frequently Asked Questions

What is the lead time for a custom villa door?

Production takes 20-25 days from the day the specification is approved. Custom detailing — carved cladding, oversized leaves, special glass — can extend that, and we confirm the date in writing before starting. Ocean freight time to the destination port is added on top.

How are steel doors packaged for sea freight export?

Each door is crated in a wooden case built to its own dimensions, with edge protection and corner blocks, then strapped to prevent movement inside the container. Full container loading is used for project quantities; single doors and small orders ship as groupage cargo.

What measurements do you need to quote?

The width, height and wall thickness of the rough opening, in millimetres or in inches — whichever your drawings use. Photographs of the opening from inside and outside help us confirm the swing direction and the frame detail. No site visit is needed.

Can you manufacture to imperial (inch) dimensions?

Yes. An opening given as 36 x 80 inches is manufactured to that dimension directly. Nothing is converted to a nearest metric size and rounded, so the door arrives at the size your drawing specifies.

Who installs the door at the destination?

Your own contractor. Every shipment includes an installation drawing and the frame fixing set, and the frame is designed to be set into the opening without special tooling.

What export documents travel with the shipment?

Commercial invoice, packing list and certificate of origin, plus whatever else the customs broker at the destination requires. Documentation is prepared before the container leaves the factory.
