The clean-lined walnut wide-leaf pivot villa door appears in our catalog under code BY-126. Production begins after your order: we first carry out an on-site survey, then manufacture the leaf to fit your door opening.
Product Code: BY-126
Leaf Surface
The leaf structure is a single leaf. The leaf is built in a clean-lined, wide-leaf configuration. The finish is a walnut tone.
Color, pattern and handle choices can be tailored to your project; the cladding options page compares what is available.
Its design language is defined as modern pivot.
Which Entrances Suit This Model?
It is generally used in wide-fronted detached houses and office and plaza entrances. The single-leaf layout adapts directly to conventional door openings. The leaf rotates on bearings set into the floor and head frame, which makes sizes possible that hinges could never carry. In return, it needs swing clearance in front of and behind the door. Our when to choose a pivot door page explains which entrances are suitable.
From Measurement to Installation
We take the measurements during the survey — based on the door opening, not the existing leaf; the method is explained on our how to measure page. You will find this model's frame, leaf and lock values in the table below; the lock systems and galvanized or DKP sheet steel pages detail the options. After delivery, our warranty and service coverage applies; see the care and lifespan page for keeping the surface protected.
Frequently Asked Questions
How is the price of the BY-126 determined?
We do not publish a list price, because each door is made to measure. The total is set by the size of the opening and the cladding, glass and lock you select. After a free survey we provide a written quote itemized line by line; what moves the price is explained on our steel door prices page.
Can I order this model in a color other than walnut?
It can be done. Walnut is only the finish photographed, not a fixed choice — you can pick from the alternatives on our cladding options page.
How is the BY-126 measured?
We take the measurements during the survey; nothing is required from you. Measurements come from the door opening, not the existing leaf — the method is described on our how to measure page.
How can I order the BY-126 model?
You can fill out the pre-order form on our site or reach us at 0532 689 21 46. Mentioning product code BY-126 in your request speeds things up. You can browse other pivot steel door models on our pivot steel door models page.

Frequently Asked Questions
What is the lead time for a custom villa door?
Production takes 20-25 days from the day the specification is approved. Custom detailing — carved cladding, oversized leaves, special glass — can extend that, and we confirm the date in writing before starting. Ocean freight time to the destination port is added on top.
How are steel doors packaged for sea freight export?
Each door is crated in a wooden case built to its own dimensions, with edge protection and corner blocks, then strapped to prevent movement inside the container. Full container loading is used for project quantities; single doors and small orders ship as groupage cargo.
What measurements do you need to quote?
The width, height and wall thickness of the rough opening, in millimetres or in inches — whichever your drawings use. Photographs of the opening from inside and outside help us confirm the swing direction and the frame detail. No site visit is needed.
Can you manufacture to imperial (inch) dimensions?
Yes. An opening given as 36 x 80 inches is manufactured to that dimension directly. Nothing is converted to a nearest metric size and rounded, so the door arrives at the size your drawing specifies.
Who installs the door at the destination?
Your own contractor. Every shipment includes an installation drawing and the frame fixing set, and the frame is designed to be set into the opening without special tooling.
What export documents travel with the shipment?
Commercial invoice, packing list and certificate of origin, plus whatever else the customs broker at the destination requires. Documentation is prepared before the container leaves the factory.
