The crescent-handle anthracite pivot villa door appears in our catalog under code BY-25. It is manufactured to order; whatever the width and height of your entrance, the leaf is built to match. The catalog finish is an anthracite tone.
Product Code: BY-25
Surface Pattern and Finish
The leaf structure is a single leaf. The leaf is built with a crescent handle design. The finish is an anthracite tone.
The finish shown is the catalog choice — a different cladding can be selected from the cladding options.
Its design language is best described as modern pivot.
Which Entrances Does It Suit?
It is typically used for detached homes with wide frontages and office and plaza entrances. The single-leaf arrangement adapts directly to conventional door openings. In a pivot system the leaf's weight is transferred to the floor, so it can carry a taller, heavier leaf than a hinged door. Since the leaf sweeps space front and back as it turns, the entrance must allow for that clearance — details on the when to choose a pivot door page.
Measurement, Production and Installation
Measurements are taken from the door opening, not the existing leaf; the how measurements are taken page walks through it step by step. Frame, sheet thickness, infill and lock values are listed in the specification table below. Sheet choice is compared on the galvanized or DKP sheet page, and lock alternatives on the lock systems page. After delivery, warranty and service coverage applies; see the care and lifespan page for keeping the surface in shape.
Frequently Asked Questions
How much does the BY-25 cost?
We don't publish list prices, because every door is made to measure. The total is set by the size of the door opening and the cladding, glass and lock you choose. After a free on-site survey we provide a written, fully itemized quote; the steel door prices page explains what moves the price.
Can the color of the BY-25 be changed?
Yes, the color isn't fixed. The catalog shows anthracite, but the cladding is decided per project; the cladding options page covers which surface works best where.
How is the BY-25 measured?
Our survey team measures on site. If you'd still like to know the process, the how measurements are taken page explains the three points we measure.
How can I order model BY-25?
You can fill in the pre-order form on our site or reach us on 0532 689 21 46. Mentioning product code BY-25 in your request speeds things up. You can browse other pivot steel door models on the pivot steel door models page.

Frequently Asked Questions
What is the lead time for a custom villa door?
Production takes 20-25 days from the day the specification is approved. Custom detailing — carved cladding, oversized leaves, special glass — can extend that, and we confirm the date in writing before starting. Ocean freight time to the destination port is added on top.
How are steel doors packaged for sea freight export?
Each door is crated in a wooden case built to its own dimensions, with edge protection and corner blocks, then strapped to prevent movement inside the container. Full container loading is used for project quantities; single doors and small orders ship as groupage cargo.
What measurements do you need to quote?
The width, height and wall thickness of the rough opening, in millimetres or in inches — whichever your drawings use. Photographs of the opening from inside and outside help us confirm the swing direction and the frame detail. No site visit is needed.
Can you manufacture to imperial (inch) dimensions?
Yes. An opening given as 36 x 80 inches is manufactured to that dimension directly. Nothing is converted to a nearest metric size and rounded, so the door arrives at the size your drawing specifies.
Who installs the door at the destination?
Your own contractor. Every shipment includes an installation drawing and the frame fixing set, and the frame is designed to be set into the opening without special tooling.
What export documents travel with the shipment?
Commercial invoice, packing list and certificate of origin, plus whatever else the customs broker at the destination requires. Documentation is prepared before the container leaves the factory.
