Product Code: BY-319
Surface Pattern and Finish
The panel structure is double-leaf. The panel is built with a horizontal-grain configuration. The finish is a yellow wood tone.
The finish and hardware aren't fixed; the door can be produced with any of the alternatives on the finish options page.
The design language is best described as modern pivot.
Which Entrance Is It Suited For?
It's typically used for wide-frontage detached houses and office and plaza entrances projects. Because the side sections widen the opening, it suits wide-fronted entrances rather than narrow ones — and it lets daylight into the hall as well. The leaf turns on pivots set into the floor and the head frame, which makes sizes possible that hinges simply couldn't carry. In return, it needs clearance to swing both in front of and behind the door. The when a pivot door makes sense page explains which entrances are suitable.
Production and Installation Process
Production starts with an on-site measurement. How the measurement is taken from the door opening is covered on the how we take the measurement page; material choices are covered on the galvanized vs. cold-rolled steel and lock systems pages. The technical specifications for this model are in the table below. After delivery, the warranty and service coverage applies; see the maintenance and lifespan page for how to protect the finish.
Frequently Asked Questions
How much does BY-319 cost?
There's no fixed price — since every leaf is manufactured to measure, the amount varies with the size, the finish, and the lock you select. We send a detailed written quote after the survey. We've broken down the cost items on the steel door prices page.
Can I order this model in a color other than yellow wood?
Yes. The yellow wood finish shown is the catalog's default choice; the model can also be produced in other colors using compact laminate, composite, water-transfer, or wood-effect finishes. We compare the options on the finish options page.
How does the measurement stage work when ordering BY-319?
Our survey team measures on site. If you'd still like to know how it works, we've explained on the how we take the measurement page which three points we measure.

Frequently Asked Questions
What is the lead time for a custom villa door?
Production takes 20-25 days from the day the specification is approved. Custom detailing — carved cladding, oversized leaves, special glass — can extend that, and we confirm the date in writing before starting. Ocean freight time to the destination port is added on top.
How are steel doors packaged for sea freight export?
Each door is crated in a wooden case built to its own dimensions, with edge protection and corner blocks, then strapped to prevent movement inside the container. Full container loading is used for project quantities; single doors and small orders ship as groupage cargo.
What measurements do you need to quote?
The width, height and wall thickness of the rough opening, in millimetres or in inches — whichever your drawings use. Photographs of the opening from inside and outside help us confirm the swing direction and the frame detail. No site visit is needed.
Can you manufacture to imperial (inch) dimensions?
Yes. An opening given as 36 x 80 inches is manufactured to that dimension directly. Nothing is converted to a nearest metric size and rounded, so the door arrives at the size your drawing specifies.
Who installs the door at the destination?
Your own contractor. Every shipment includes an installation drawing and the frame fixing set, and the frame is designed to be set into the opening without special tooling.
What export documents travel with the shipment?
Commercial invoice, packing list and certificate of origin, plus whatever else the customs broker at the destination requires. Documentation is prepared before the container leaves the factory.
