The TR349 horizontal-panel gold bronze metallic pivot steel door is produced as a glossy gold-bronze metallic pivot leaf built from horizontal panels. It isn't sold in fixed, ready-made sizes — your entrance is measured on site, and the leaf is manufactured to that exact measurement. The photo shows the gold-bronze metallic finish.
Product Code: TR349
Pattern and Color
The model is designed as a single pivot leaf. The surface features a horizontally paneled, glossy metal finish. The color applied is gold-bronze metallic.
This model uses a recessed handle. The color, pattern, and handle can be adjusted to suit the project; the options are compared on our coating options page.
The design language is best described as luxury pivot.
Where Is It Used?
Hotel and showroom entrances and villa entrances are the typical settings for this model. The single-leaf layout fits directly into standard-width openings. Because the pivot system transfers the leaf's weight to the floor, it can carry a taller and heavier leaf than a hinged door. Since the leaf takes up space in front of and behind it as it swings, the entrance needs to accommodate that clearance — details are on our when to choose a pivot door page.
From Measurement to Installation
The measurement is taken from the door opening, not from an existing leaf; we've written out the step-by-step method on our how measurements are taken page. The frame, sheet-metal thickness, filling, and lock specifications are listed in the table below. The choice of steel sheet is compared on our galvanized vs. DKP steel page, and lock alternatives on our lock systems page. The maintenance steps that extend the door's lifespan are on our maintenance and lifespan page, and coverage details are on our warranty and service page.
Frequently Asked Questions
How much does TR349 cost?
There is no fixed price — since every leaf is made to measure, the cost depends on the size, the finish, and the lock you choose. After the site survey, we provide a detailed written quote. We break down the cost items on our steel door prices page.
Can TR349 be produced in a different color?
Yes. The gold-bronze metallic finish shown is simply the catalog default; it can be produced in other colors using compact laminate, composite, water-marbled, or wood-look coatings. We compare the options on our coating options page.
How is the measurement taken for TR349?
Our survey team takes the measurement on site. If you'd still like to understand the process, we explain the three key measurement points on our how measurements are taken page.
How do I get a quote for TR349?

Frequently Asked Questions
What is the lead time for a custom villa door?
Production takes 20-25 days from the day the specification is approved. Custom detailing — carved cladding, oversized leaves, special glass — can extend that, and we confirm the date in writing before starting. Ocean freight time to the destination port is added on top.
How are steel doors packaged for sea freight export?
Each door is crated in a wooden case built to its own dimensions, with edge protection and corner blocks, then strapped to prevent movement inside the container. Full container loading is used for project quantities; single doors and small orders ship as groupage cargo.
What measurements do you need to quote?
The width, height and wall thickness of the rough opening, in millimetres or in inches — whichever your drawings use. Photographs of the opening from inside and outside help us confirm the swing direction and the frame detail. No site visit is needed.
Can you manufacture to imperial (inch) dimensions?
Yes. An opening given as 36 x 80 inches is manufactured to that dimension directly. Nothing is converted to a nearest metric size and rounded, so the door arrives at the size your drawing specifies.
Who installs the door at the destination?
Your own contractor. Every shipment includes an installation drawing and the frame fixing set, and the frame is designed to be set into the opening without special tooling.
What export documents travel with the shipment?
Commercial invoice, packing list and certificate of origin, plus whatever else the customs broker at the destination requires. Documentation is prepared before the container leaves the factory.
