A wide walnut entrance with frosted green leaf-pattern side glass and a built-in mailbox. It appears in our catalog under the code TR525. Production starts after the order is placed: we first carry out an on-site survey, then manufacture the leaf to fit the door opening. The finish shown in the photo is walnut wood veneer.
Product Code: TR525
Glass, Upper Section, and Surface
It is produced as a single glazed leaf with a side glass panel and a mailbox. A leaf motif appears on the surface. The color applied is walnut wood.
The glass section takes the form of frosted side glass with a green leaf pattern. A glazed transom window sits above. It is completed with a curved stainless steel handle. The color, pattern, and handle can be adjusted to suit the project; the options are compared on our coating options page.
Suitable Entrances
Housing complex blocks and office buildings are the typical settings for this model. The side sections allow wide door openings to be closed with a single unit. The difference between these two door types isn't just size; we cover it in detail on our villa door vs. building entrance door page.
Production and Installation Process
We take the measurement during the site survey — it's based on the door opening, not the existing leaf; the method is explained on our how measurements are taken page. You'll find this model's frame, leaf, and lock specifications in the table below; our lock systems and galvanized vs. DKP steel pages break down the options. The maintenance steps that extend the door's lifespan are on our maintenance and lifespan page, and coverage details are on our warranty and service page.
Frequently Asked Questions
How much does TR525 cost?
There is no fixed price — since every leaf is made to measure, the cost depends on the size, the finish, and the lock you choose. After the site survey, we provide a detailed written quote. We break down the cost items on our steel door prices page.
Can TR525 be produced in a different color?
Yes, it can. Walnut wood is simply the finish shown in the photo, not a fixed option — you can choose from the alternatives on our coating options page.
Can the glass pattern be different?
Yes. The glass shown is this model's catalog finish; using Şişecam 5+5 mm laminated glass, it can be produced in different colors and patterns. A version without glass is also possible.
How is the measurement taken for TR525?
Our survey team takes the measurement on site. If you'd still like to understand the process, we explain the three key measurement points on our how measurements are taken page.

Frequently Asked Questions
What is the lead time for a custom villa door?
Production takes 20-25 days from the day the specification is approved. Custom detailing — carved cladding, oversized leaves, special glass — can extend that, and we confirm the date in writing before starting. Ocean freight time to the destination port is added on top.
How are steel doors packaged for sea freight export?
Each door is crated in a wooden case built to its own dimensions, with edge protection and corner blocks, then strapped to prevent movement inside the container. Full container loading is used for project quantities; single doors and small orders ship as groupage cargo.
What measurements do you need to quote?
The width, height and wall thickness of the rough opening, in millimetres or in inches — whichever your drawings use. Photographs of the opening from inside and outside help us confirm the swing direction and the frame detail. No site visit is needed.
Can you manufacture to imperial (inch) dimensions?
Yes. An opening given as 36 x 80 inches is manufactured to that dimension directly. Nothing is converted to a nearest metric size and rounded, so the door arrives at the size your drawing specifies.
Who installs the door at the destination?
Your own contractor. Every shipment includes an installation drawing and the frame fixing set, and the frame is designed to be set into the opening without special tooling.
What export documents travel with the shipment?
Commercial invoice, packing list and certificate of origin, plus whatever else the customs broker at the destination requires. Documentation is prepared before the container leaves the factory.
