TR518 is a building entrance door model distinguished by its fully glazed double leaf in natural oak frames and two long vertical stainless steel handles. There is no standard size — the door opening is measured during the survey, and production follows that measurement. The finish photographed is a natural light oak veneer.
Product Code: TR518
Surface and Glass Sections
The model is configured as a double leaf. The surface carries a minimal flat face. The color applied is natural light oak.
The model features two large full-height clear glass panes. Two long straight vertical stainless steel handles are the chosen hardware. Color, pattern and handle choices can be adapted to your project; the alternatives are compared on the surface finish options page.
The design language is defined as modern-minimal.
Suitable Entrances
Mass housing and commercial building entrances are this model's typical settings. Thanks to the side sections, wide door openings are closed with a single assembly. The difference between these two types isn't just size; we've detailed it on the difference between a villa door and a building entrance door page.
Production and Installation Process
Measurements are taken from the door opening, not the existing leaf; the how measurements are taken page walks through it step by step. Frame, sheet thickness, infill and lock specifications are listed in the table below. Sheet steel choices are compared on the galvanized or DKP sheet steel page, and lock alternatives on the lock systems page. After installation, our care and lifespan guidance and warranty and service terms apply.
Frequently Asked Questions
How much does model TR518 cost?
We don't publish list prices, because every door is made to measure. The amount is determined by the size of the door opening and the finish, glass and lock you choose. After a free on-site survey we provide a written, fully itemized quote; the steel door prices page explains what moves the price.
Can the TR518 be produced in a different color?
Yes — the color isn't fixed. The catalog shows natural light oak, but the finish is chosen per project; on the surface finish options page we cover which surface works best where.
Can the glass pattern be different?
Yes. The glass pictured is this model's catalog finish; provided Şişecam 5+5 mm laminated glass is used, it can be produced in different colors and patterns. A glassless version is also possible.
How is the TR518 measured?
We take the measurements during the survey; nothing is needed from you. Measurements come from the door opening, not the existing leaf — the method is explained on the how measurements are taken page.

Frequently Asked Questions
What is the lead time for a custom villa door?
Production takes 20-25 days from the day the specification is approved. Custom detailing — carved cladding, oversized leaves, special glass — can extend that, and we confirm the date in writing before starting. Ocean freight time to the destination port is added on top.
How are steel doors packaged for sea freight export?
Each door is crated in a wooden case built to its own dimensions, with edge protection and corner blocks, then strapped to prevent movement inside the container. Full container loading is used for project quantities; single doors and small orders ship as groupage cargo.
What measurements do you need to quote?
The width, height and wall thickness of the rough opening, in millimetres or in inches — whichever your drawings use. Photographs of the opening from inside and outside help us confirm the swing direction and the frame detail. No site visit is needed.
Can you manufacture to imperial (inch) dimensions?
Yes. An opening given as 36 x 80 inches is manufactured to that dimension directly. Nothing is converted to a nearest metric size and rounded, so the door arrives at the size your drawing specifies.
Who installs the door at the destination?
Your own contractor. Every shipment includes an installation drawing and the frame fixing set, and the frame is designed to be set into the opening without special tooling.
What export documents travel with the shipment?
Commercial invoice, packing list and certificate of origin, plus whatever else the customs broker at the destination requires. Documentation is prepared before the container leaves the factory.
