Pattern and Color
The leaf layout is single leaf. The surface treatment is a minimal wood-faced design. The catalog color is a petrol blue tone.
Finish and hardware are not fixed; the door can be produced with any of the alternatives on the surface finish options page.
The design language is defined as modern pivot.
Who Is This Model For?
It is most often used in villa entrance and wide-fronted detached home projects. The one-piece leaf presents an unbroken surface from the outside. Because the load rests on the floor rather than on hinges, the leaf can be far wider and thicker. As it requires swing clearance, it is not suited to narrow entrances that open directly onto stairs; the conditions are listed on the when to choose a pivot door page.
Measurement, Production and Installation
We take the measurements during the survey — based on the door opening, not the existing leaf; the method is explained on the how measurements are taken page. This model's frame, leaf and lock specifications are in the table below; the lock systems and galvanized or DKP sheet steel pages detail the options. After delivery, our warranty and service coverage applies; see the care and lifespan page for keeping the surface in good condition.
Frequently Asked Questions
How is the price of the BY-300 determined?
A price can't be quoted before measuring. The opening size and your finish, glass and lock choices directly affect the amount; the survey is free and is followed by an itemized quote. See steel door prices for details.
Can the BY-300 be produced in a different color?
Yes — the color isn't fixed. The catalog shows petrol blue, but the finish is chosen per project; on the surface finish options page we cover which surface works best where.
How does the measuring stage work when ordering the BY-300?
We take the measurements during the survey; nothing is needed from you. Measurements come from the door opening, not the existing leaf — the method is explained on the how measurements are taken page.
How can I order model BY-300?
You can fill out the pre-order form on our site or reach us at 0532 689 21 46. Mentioning product code BY-300 in your request speeds things up. You can browse our other pivot steel door models on the pivot steel door models page.

Frequently Asked Questions
What is the lead time for a custom villa door?
Production takes 20-25 days from the day the specification is approved. Custom detailing — carved cladding, oversized leaves, special glass — can extend that, and we confirm the date in writing before starting. Ocean freight time to the destination port is added on top.
How are steel doors packaged for sea freight export?
Each door is crated in a wooden case built to its own dimensions, with edge protection and corner blocks, then strapped to prevent movement inside the container. Full container loading is used for project quantities; single doors and small orders ship as groupage cargo.
What measurements do you need to quote?
The width, height and wall thickness of the rough opening, in millimetres or in inches — whichever your drawings use. Photographs of the opening from inside and outside help us confirm the swing direction and the frame detail. No site visit is needed.
Can you manufacture to imperial (inch) dimensions?
Yes. An opening given as 36 x 80 inches is manufactured to that dimension directly. Nothing is converted to a nearest metric size and rounded, so the door arrives at the size your drawing specifies.
Who installs the door at the destination?
Your own contractor. Every shipment includes an installation drawing and the frame fixing set, and the frame is designed to be set into the opening without special tooling.
What export documents travel with the shipment?
Commercial invoice, packing list and certificate of origin, plus whatever else the customs broker at the destination requires. Documentation is prepared before the container leaves the factory.
