BY-99 is the product code of the minimal red long-handle pivot villa door in our catalog. Like every door we make, this model is produced to measure; no ready-made leaves are supplied from stock. The image shows a red finish.

Product Code: BY-99

Surface Pattern and Finish

The model is configured as a single leaf. The model has a minimal long-handle leaf. The color applied is red.

The finish pictured is the catalog selection — a different finish can be chosen from the surface finish options.

The design language is defined as modern pivot.

Suitable Entrances

It is chosen primarily for office and plaza entrances and villa entrances. The single-leaf layout adapts directly to standard door openings. Because the load rests on the floor rather than on hinges, the leaf can be far wider and thicker. As it requires swing clearance, it is not suited to narrow entrances that open directly onto stairs; the conditions are listed on the when to choose a pivot door page.

Measurement, Production and Installation

Production begins with measurements taken on site. How the door opening is measured is covered on the how measurements are taken page; material choices on the galvanized or DKP sheet steel and lock systems pages. This model's technical specifications are in the table below. After installation, our care and lifespan guidance and warranty and service terms apply.

Frequently Asked Questions

How is the price of the BY-99 determined?

A price can't be quoted before measuring. The opening size and your finish, glass and lock choices directly affect the amount; the survey is free and is followed by an itemized quote. See steel door prices for details.

Can the BY-99 be produced in a different color?

Yes — the color isn't fixed. The catalog shows red, but the finish is chosen per project; on the surface finish options page we cover which surface works best where.

How does the measuring stage work when ordering the BY-99?

We take the measurements during the survey; nothing is needed from you. Measurements come from the door opening, not the existing leaf — the method is explained on the how measurements are taken page.

How do I get a quote for the BY-99?

You can fill out the pre-order form on our site or reach us at 0532 689 21 46. Mentioning product code BY-99 in your request speeds things up. You can browse our other pivot steel door models on the pivot steel door models page.

Frequently Asked Questions

What is the lead time for a custom villa door?

Production takes 20-25 days from the day the specification is approved. Custom detailing — carved cladding, oversized leaves, special glass — can extend that, and we confirm the date in writing before starting. Ocean freight time to the destination port is added on top.

How are steel doors packaged for sea freight export?

Each door is crated in a wooden case built to its own dimensions, with edge protection and corner blocks, then strapped to prevent movement inside the container. Full container loading is used for project quantities; single doors and small orders ship as groupage cargo.

What measurements do you need to quote?

The width, height and wall thickness of the rough opening, in millimetres or in inches — whichever your drawings use. Photographs of the opening from inside and outside help us confirm the swing direction and the frame detail. No site visit is needed.

Can you manufacture to imperial (inch) dimensions?

Yes. An opening given as 36 x 80 inches is manufactured to that dimension directly. Nothing is converted to a nearest metric size and rounded, so the door arrives at the size your drawing specifies.

Who installs the door at the destination?

Your own contractor. Every shipment includes an installation drawing and the frame fixing set, and the frame is designed to be set into the opening without special tooling.

What export documents travel with the shipment?

Commercial invoice, packing list and certificate of origin, plus whatever else the customs broker at the destination requires. Documentation is prepared before the container leaves the factory.
