Carving and Panel Details

The leaf layout is a double leaf. The surface detailing is classic with oval carvings. The catalog color is a walnut tone.

Color, pattern and handle choices can be tailored to your project; the cladding options page compares what is available.

Its design language is defined as classic pivot.

Who Is This Model For?

It is chosen primarily for villa entrances and hotel and showroom entrances. Because the side sections extend the opening, it suits wide-fronted entrances rather than narrow ones — and brings daylight into the hall. The leaf rotates on bearings set into the floor and head frame, which makes sizes possible that hinges could never carry. In return, it needs swing clearance in front of and behind the door. Our when to choose a pivot door page explains which entrances are suitable.

From Measurement to Installation

Production starts with measurements taken on site. How the opening is measured is covered on our how to measure page; material choices on the galvanized or DKP sheet steel and lock systems pages. The technical values for this model are in the table below. Maintenance steps that extend the door's life are on the care and lifespan page, and the coverage itself on the warranty and service page.

Frequently Asked Questions

How much is the BY-304?

We do not publish a list price, because each door is made to measure. The total is set by the size of the opening and the cladding, glass and lock you select. After a free survey we provide a written quote itemized line by line; what moves the price is explained on our steel door prices page.

Can the color of the BY-304 be changed?

Yes. The walnut finish in the image is this model's catalog selection; it can be produced in other colors with compact laminate, composite, marine plywood and wood veneer options. We compare them on our cladding options page.

Do I need to take the measurements myself?

Our survey team measures on site. If you would still like to know the process, our how to measure page explains the three points we measure from.

How can I order the BY-304 model?

You can fill out the pre-order form on our site or reach us at 0532 689 21 46. Mentioning product code BY-304 in your request speeds things up. You can browse other pivot steel door models on our pivot steel door models page.

Frequently Asked Questions

What is the lead time for a custom villa door?

Production takes 20-25 days from the day the specification is approved. Custom detailing — carved cladding, oversized leaves, special glass — can extend that, and we confirm the date in writing before starting. Ocean freight time to the destination port is added on top.

How are steel doors packaged for sea freight export?

Each door is crated in a wooden case built to its own dimensions, with edge protection and corner blocks, then strapped to prevent movement inside the container. Full container loading is used for project quantities; single doors and small orders ship as groupage cargo.

What measurements do you need to quote?

The width, height and wall thickness of the rough opening, in millimetres or in inches — whichever your drawings use. Photographs of the opening from inside and outside help us confirm the swing direction and the frame detail. No site visit is needed.

Can you manufacture to imperial (inch) dimensions?

Yes. An opening given as 36 x 80 inches is manufactured to that dimension directly. Nothing is converted to a nearest metric size and rounded, so the door arrives at the size your drawing specifies.

Who installs the door at the destination?

Your own contractor. Every shipment includes an installation drawing and the frame fixing set, and the frame is designed to be set into the opening without special tooling.

What export documents travel with the shipment?

Commercial invoice, packing list and certificate of origin, plus whatever else the customs broker at the destination requires. Documentation is prepared before the container leaves the factory.
