A classic walnut paneled body, square honeycomb windows and a riveted stainless steel kick plate — that is what sets apart this building entrance door, code TR513. There is no standard size — the door opening is measured during the site survey and the door is built to that measurement.
Product Code: TR513
Glass and Surface Details
The leaf structure is a double leaf. The leaf surface is worked with embossed panels on the lower section. The finish is a classic walnut tone.
The glazing is resolved as square honeycomb-divided windows in the upper section. It is completed with a long, straight stainless steel pull. The finish in the image is the catalogue selection — a different cladding can be chosen from the cladding options.
The design language is defined as classic.
Which Entrances Does It Suit?
Commercial building entrances and residential complex blocks are this model's typical settings. Thanks to the side sections, wide door openings are closed with a single assembly. We compare where villa doors and building entrance doors differ on the villa door vs. building entrance door page.
Measurement, Production and Installation
We take the measurements during the site survey — based on the door opening, not the existing leaf; the method is explained on the how measurements are taken page. You will find this model's frame, leaf and lock values in the table below; the lock systems and galvanized or DKP sheet steel pages detail the options. After delivery, warranty and service coverage takes effect; see the care and lifespan page for protecting the surface.
Frequently Asked Questions
How is the price of the TR513 determined?
The price cannot be quoted before measuring. The size of the door opening and your cladding, glass and lock choices directly affect the cost; the site survey is free and is followed by an itemized quote. See steel door prices for details.
Can I order this model in a color other than classic walnut?
Yes. The classic walnut finish in the image is this model's catalogue selection; it can be produced in different colors with compact laminate, composite, marine plywood and wood veneer options. We compare them on the cladding options page.
Can the glass in the TR513 be changed?
Yes. The glass in the image is this model's catalogue finish; it can be produced in different colors and patterns, provided Şişecam 5+5 mm laminated glass is used. The door can also be made without glass.
How are measurements taken for the TR513?
We take the measurements during the site survey; nothing is required from you. Measurements come from the door opening, not the existing leaf — we describe the method on the how measurements are taken page.

Frequently Asked Questions
What is the lead time for a custom villa door?
Production takes 20-25 days from the day the specification is approved. Custom detailing — carved cladding, oversized leaves, special glass — can extend that, and we confirm the date in writing before starting. Ocean freight time to the destination port is added on top.
How are steel doors packaged for sea freight export?
Each door is crated in a wooden case built to its own dimensions, with edge protection and corner blocks, then strapped to prevent movement inside the container. Full container loading is used for project quantities; single doors and small orders ship as groupage cargo.
What measurements do you need to quote?
The width, height and wall thickness of the rough opening, in millimetres or in inches — whichever your drawings use. Photographs of the opening from inside and outside help us confirm the swing direction and the frame detail. No site visit is needed.
Can you manufacture to imperial (inch) dimensions?
Yes. An opening given as 36 x 80 inches is manufactured to that dimension directly. Nothing is converted to a nearest metric size and rounded, so the door arrives at the size your drawing specifies.
Who installs the door at the destination?
Your own contractor. Every shipment includes an installation drawing and the frame fixing set, and the frame is designed to be set into the opening without special tooling.
What export documents travel with the shipment?
Commercial invoice, packing list and certificate of origin, plus whatever else the customs broker at the destination requires. Documentation is prepared before the container leaves the factory.
