The twin handle black wide leaf pivot door coded BY-321 is a made-to-measure pivot steel door model. It is made to measure; whatever the width and height of your entrance, the leaf is built to match. The finish in the photo is black cladding.

Product Code: BY-321

Leaf Surface

The model is configured as a single leaf. The leaf is designed as a wide leaf with twin handles. The surface is finished in black.

Color, pattern, and handle choices can be adapted to your project; the options are compared on the cladding options page.

The design language is modern pivot.

Suitable Entrances

It is typically used in hotel and showroom entrance and villa entrance projects. The one-piece leaf presents an uninterrupted surface when viewed from outside. The leaf turns on bearings set into the floor and the head of the frame, which makes sizes possible that hinges could never carry. In return, it needs swing clearance in front of and behind the door. The when to choose a pivot door page explains which entrances are suitable.

Measurement, Production, and Installation

We take the measurements during the site survey — based on the door opening, not the existing leaf; the method is explained on the how doors are measured page. You will find this model's frame, leaf, and lock specifications in the table below; the lock systems and galvanized or DKP sheet steel pages cover the options in detail. After installation, the care and lifespan and warranty and service terms apply.

Frequently Asked Questions

What is the price of model BY-321?

We cannot quote a price before taking measurements. The size of the door opening and your choice of cladding, glass, and lock directly affect the total; the site survey is free, and an itemized quote follows. See steel door prices for details.

Can BY-321 be produced in a different color?

Yes — the color is not fixed. The catalog shows black, but the cladding is decided per project; on the cladding options page we cover which surface works best where.

How does measuring work when ordering BY-321?

Our survey team measures on site. If you would still like to know how it works, the how doors are measured page explains the three points we measure.

How do I get a quote for BY-321?

You can fill in the pre-order form on our website or call us on 0532 689 21 46. Mentioning the product code BY-321 in your request speeds things up. You can browse other pivot steel door designs on the pivot steel door models page.

Frequently Asked Questions

What is the lead time for a custom villa door?

Production takes 20-25 days from the day the specification is approved. Custom detailing — carved cladding, oversized leaves, special glass — can extend that, and we confirm the date in writing before starting. Ocean freight time to the destination port is added on top.

How are steel doors packaged for sea freight export?

Each door is crated in a wooden case built to its own dimensions, with edge protection and corner blocks, then strapped to prevent movement inside the container. Full container loading is used for project quantities; single doors and small orders ship as groupage cargo.

What measurements do you need to quote?

The width, height and wall thickness of the rough opening, in millimetres or in inches — whichever your drawings use. Photographs of the opening from inside and outside help us confirm the swing direction and the frame detail. No site visit is needed.

Can you manufacture to imperial (inch) dimensions?

Yes. An opening given as 36 x 80 inches is manufactured to that dimension directly. Nothing is converted to a nearest metric size and rounded, so the door arrives at the size your drawing specifies.

Who installs the door at the destination?

Your own contractor. Every shipment includes an installation drawing and the frame fixing set, and the frame is designed to be set into the opening without special tooling.

What export documents travel with the shipment?

Commercial invoice, packing list and certificate of origin, plus whatever else the customs broker at the destination requires. Documentation is prepared before the container leaves the factory.
