Product Code: BY-69
Surface Pattern and Finish
The leaf configuration is single leaf. The leaf is built as a wide leaf with horizontal grain. The finish is a light wood tone.
Cladding and hardware are not fixed; it can be produced with any of the alternatives on the cladding options page.
The design language is defined as modern pivot.
Which Entrance Is It Right For?
Wide-fronted detached homes and office and plaza entrances are this model's typical settings. The single-leaf layout adapts directly to conventional door openings. The leaf rotates on bearings set into the floor and the head of the frame, which makes sizes possible that hinges could never carry. In return, it needs swing clearance in front of and behind the door. The when to choose a pivot door page explains which entrances are suitable.
Measurement, Production and Installation
Measurements are taken from the door opening, not the existing leaf; we have written out the process step by step on the how measurements are taken page. Frame, sheet thickness, infill and lock values are listed in the specification table below. Sheet selection is compared on the galvanized sheet or DKP (cold-rolled) sheet page, and lock alternatives on the lock systems page. After delivery, warranty and service coverage takes effect; see the care and lifespan page for keeping the surface in good condition.
Frequently Asked Questions
How is the price of the BY-69 determined?
There is no fixed price — since every leaf is made to measure, the total depends on the dimensions, the cladding and the lock you choose. After the survey we send a written, itemized quote. The line items are detailed on the steel door prices page.
Can I have this model in a color other than light wood?
Yes. The light wood finish shown is this model's catalog choice; it can be produced in different colors with compact laminate, composite, marine plywood and wood veneer cladding options. We compare them on the cladding options page.
How are measurements taken for the BY-69?
We take the measurements during the survey; nothing is required on your part. Measurements are taken from the door opening, not the existing leaf — the method is described on the how measurements are taken page.
How can I order model BY-69?
You can fill in the pre-order form on our site or call us on 0532 689 21 46. Mentioning product code BY-69 in your request speeds things up. You can browse other pivot steel door models on the pivot steel door models page.

Frequently Asked Questions
What is the lead time for a custom villa door?
Production takes 20-25 days from the day the specification is approved. Custom detailing — carved cladding, oversized leaves, special glass — can extend that, and we confirm the date in writing before starting. Ocean freight time to the destination port is added on top.
How are steel doors packaged for sea freight export?
Each door is crated in a wooden case built to its own dimensions, with edge protection and corner blocks, then strapped to prevent movement inside the container. Full container loading is used for project quantities; single doors and small orders ship as groupage cargo.
What measurements do you need to quote?
The width, height and wall thickness of the rough opening, in millimetres or in inches — whichever your drawings use. Photographs of the opening from inside and outside help us confirm the swing direction and the frame detail. No site visit is needed.
Can you manufacture to imperial (inch) dimensions?
Yes. An opening given as 36 x 80 inches is manufactured to that dimension directly. Nothing is converted to a nearest metric size and rounded, so the door arrives at the size your drawing specifies.
Who installs the door at the destination?
Your own contractor. Every shipment includes an installation drawing and the frame fixing set, and the frame is designed to be set into the opening without special tooling.
What export documents travel with the shipment?
Commercial invoice, packing list and certificate of origin, plus whatever else the customs broker at the destination requires. Documentation is prepared before the container leaves the factory.
